Andaru Niseko Villas’ beautiful design was inspired by the traditional housing of the Ainu people. Each villa is luxuriously private and spans two floors, with spacious bedrooms you rarely see in Japan.

No need to venture far to find your next great meal. Andaru Niseko Villas is home to a two-level restaurant which serves all day menus of Japanese, Italian and international cuisine. The highlight is Andaru’s signature venue, Ultimo, a 60-seat restaurant specialising in Italian food.
Andaru Niseko Villas
There are six one-bedroom villas at Andaru Niseko Villas, each one built across two floors. The villas are 118 square metres in size and offer a beautiful fusion of classic Hokkaido design (inspired by the island’s indigenous Ainu people) and luxurious modern comfort.
One Bedroom Villa
The one-bedroom villa sleeps two people, or up to four with extra beds. The living areas have an open floor-plan, with the lounge section, dining and kitchenette all in the same space. The villa includes all the latest equipment, including a Nespresso and Chemex coffee makers, Sony smart TV and kitchenette fitted with appliances from Le Creuset, Wahei Freiz and Balmuda. The bedroom is furnished with two 144cm wide beds which can also be set up as a super king-sized bed according to guests’ needs. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and shower and features toiletries by Japanese brand Marks & Web.

Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.
Andaru Niseko Villas Location
Andaru Niseko Villas is located in Soga, a peaceful Hokkaido village located about halfway between the Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village ski resorts. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the lifts at Niseko Village by car and the restaurants, pubs and slopes of Grand Hirafu can be reached in about five minutes. Guests staying in Andaru Niseko Villas have access to a complimentary shuttle within Niseko Village, Niseko Station, Hirafu and Kutchan, subject to availability.

After a difficult day, we arrived in Andaru. We had a happy day. The overwhelmingly beautiful architecture, good food, and staff service were all great. There was no hot spring bath, but the duplex room was very nice. In particular, thanks to the consideration of manager Mr. Hata******, I was able to use a taxi to go far away at a low fare. The other staff were also very friendly and tried to help. I had a touching day and I think it will be memorable.

A sophisticated and luxurious atmosphere that makes you feel warm.
The home appliances in the room are well designed and easy to use, so you can spend a very comfortable time.
The Dutch tub (orange bath) outside can be opened free of charge upon request.

Anyway, it was amazing and I highly recommend it! The private villa is a two-story building with a bedroom on the first floor and a dining room and sofa on the second floor. It also has a mini kitchen. The sun shines in beautifully through the uniquely shaped windows.
The staff members were at a reasonable distance from each other, and they were very attentive and always reached out to help, so I felt a sense of hospitality.
We also had breakfast, and the bread, local milk, and yogurt were excellent. There are also three types of jam, and you can eat them with whipped butter for a delicious taste…
The only drawback is that it’s so beautiful that I don’t want to go back lol

All in all, it was a wonderful and memorable stay!
I checked in around 4pm, but I didn’t leave the premises at all until I checked out at 12pm the next day, so I was able to enjoy the stay to my heart’s content. The room is so nice that I don’t feel like going out anywhere! It looks wonderful in bright light, at dusk, and at night.
For dinner and breakfast the next day, we went to ULTIMO in the hotel. The dishes made with local ingredients were a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The staff were very kind and courteous, making my first trip to Niseko a very memorable one!
I heard that Niseko is overflowing with tourists during the high season, but outside of the season Niseko was very calm and relaxing. I want to see Niseko in the snow, so I love it so much that I want to come back even if I have to be prepared for the crowds!
Niseko in the summer seems to be really nice too…
I’d like to go next summer. I would love to stay with ANDARU again😊

This is a maisonette type building that is rented, so the interior is a completely private space.
The living space is large, with high ceilings, glass walls and a balcony!
It comes with a large sofa, table, and mini kitchen, complete with microwave, kettle, and tableware!
Bedroom down the stairs!
This is also a large space with a sink, bath, toilet, and plenty of storage.
Enjoy a relaxing and luxurious time!

The front lounge and restaurant are separate buildings!
This time’s meal is an Italian course using local ingredients! All of them are delicious and will fill you up!
We were also able to send message plates to our partners!
On the day of my stay, Niseko was in the off-season, but in the coming seasons there will be activities such as rafting and golf, and in the winter, it’s one of the best ski resorts in the world! It has become!
I would like to stay in such a wonderful villa someday in my life! That’s what I thought, and one of my dreams has come true! And I’m glad that I was able to celebrate my partner’s birthday under such circumstances!
The staff are kind, and if you make a reservation, they can also provide transportation to nearby tourist spots.

This was my first trip to Niseko, and I was impressed by ANDARU’s attentive hospitality from beginning to end, making it a wonderful stay.
At the lobby, we were treated to welcome drinks and amuse-bouche while enjoying the vast grounds of 9,200 square meters and the spectacular view.The villa was enveloped in the scent of real trees, making it feel like we were in a forest. The rooms were divided into the first and second floors, and there was a kitchen as well, which made me want to live here.
You should definitely try the food when you go there. It was really delicious. I also heard that summer is the recommended season, so I would like to go again!

It was my first time staying here. It was a very comfortable stay with the warm space and attentive service! I visited here with my 4-year-old child, and the staff at the restaurant took care of me, and I am grateful for their very warm hospitality. All of the meals were really delicious, but I was impressed by how simple the freshly baked bread and whipped butter for breakfast was, but how delicious it was! We spent a week at the Andaru collections niseko 3 weeks ago and it was simply amazing. The villa is incredible with luxury comfort, and the service is « relais & chateau » level. The team really cares for the guests and was very reactive to any of our wishes. The half board experience is not to be mentioned, absolutely stunning and fine dining at restaurant Ultimo, and i know what i am talking about as a french chef! Bravo to the Chef too! Really thank you to all the team for this unforgettable experience ! We will definitely come again !
