Living Room

Each of the standalone villas has its own living and dining areas, both indoors and out by the swimming pools. The living rooms feature beautiful furnishings of natural wood, with comfortable sofas facing a wall-mounted TV with Apple TV features.

Dining Room

The North and South Villa each have their own indoor and outdoor dining areas. Each villa also includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen which includes a Nespresso machine.

Games Room

Ani Anguilla has a games room with a billiard table and shuffle board.

Gym

Ani Anguilla includes a private gym located next to the tennis court.

Garden & Pool

Ani Anguilla has two swimming pools, with one attached to the North Villa and one to the South Villa. Each pool is surrounded by sun loungers and both villas have their own cliff-top hot tubs. Ani Anguilla has a private tennis court and complimentary snorkelling and stand up paddle equipment. The grounds also include a wedding deck positioned to the cliff’s edge.

Ani Anguilla has 10 bedrooms. Seven rooms have king-sized beds and three rooms have two single beds which can also be set up as a king if needed. The bedrooms are divided into the South and North villas, with four bedrooms located in the North Villa and six rooms in the South Villa. The standard occupancy is two adults and one child per room. Extra beds can be set up on request, extra charges may apply.

The villa also includes a tennis court, gym and an event platform.

Villa Manager

Ani Anguilla’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

A full-board gourmet menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in the daily rates. The rates also include free-flow beverages, including premier spirits, wines, cocktails, soft drinks and juices.

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
