Let the good times roll at Asanoha. This chalet makes it so easy to enjoy yourself, whether you’re looking to spend all your waking hours out on the slopes or are craving some quality time with the family. Asanoha is located just 200 metres from the Kitanomine Gondola – just a five-minute walk (if that) and you’re there. Then again, you might be having way too much fun back at the chalet to head out at all. One whole floor of this three-storey chalet is taken up by living areas. Here you can relax on the sofa, read a book on the window seat, cook and enjoy epic meals, or, if you’re young or just young at heart, simply play around on the floor – there’s just so much space to go about! This chalet has everything you need for having a great time in this Hokkaido ski town, including a smart little ski room and a large bathtub for soaking up those sore post-ski muscles.

Asanoha Living
Asanoha is warm, cosy, and oh-so inviting. As the chalet is spread over three floors, there’s a wonderful sense of fun and discovery to it – it’s always a treat to pop downstairs just to see what’s happening there. The layout is great for families, though parents with small children should be mindful of the stairs. With the three bedrooms all located upstairs, no one has to stay far away from the group, and that fabulous living room is exactly where you’d want to hang out after a day spent out in the snow.
Living Room
Come on in and get comfortable! The chalet’s entrance level is dominated by large and inviting living areas where the whole gang can eat, drink, and be merry. Positioned by large windows looking out to the forest, the lounge area features a generous grey sofa and a cosy window seat, with a huge flatscreen TV providing entertainment. This is a great place to have fun as a family as there is plenty of space for the kids to play around on the floor. These well sized living areas extend to a spacious terrace.
Dining Room
The dining area is positioned to the back of the large, open plan living room. Here, a long timber dining table surrounded by two chairs and a long bench invites everyone to gather up for delicious meals, watching as the snow falls outside the large windows. The chalet’s kitchen is positioned at the other end of the room, offering all the crockery, cutlery, and appliances you’ll need during your stay.
Asanoha Bedrooms
Asanoha features three bedrooms. The rooms feature light timber panelling, crisp white linen, and windows looking out to the snow. The bedrooms are located on the chalet’s top floor. One of them has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other two rooms feature twin beds and share a bathroom between them.

The first bedroom occupies a corner and features windows on two walls. It’s furnished with a king-sized bed, work desk, and closets. The ensuite bathroom features a shower, vanity, and a toilet.

Smallest of the four, this bedroom sleeps two in a single bunk bed. Small windows frame beautiful forest scenery, and bring in plenty of natural light. Around the corner you’ll find the upstairs shared bathroom, equipped with shower, toilet and washstand. Or head downstairs for the second shared bathroom with shower and bath.

Asanoha Layout
Asanoha is a three-bedroom chalet that’s built over three floors. The main floor houses the living and dining areas, powder room, and a terrace. The upper floor houses the bedrooms. The lower ground floor houses the ski room and a standalone bathroom with a large bathtub.

Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Location
Asanoha is located in the Furano ski town in Hokkaido, Japan. The chalet offers an enviable location close to all the action, just 200 metres from the Kitanomine Gondola. The Kitanomine ski zone offers slopes suited for beginners, intermediates, and experienced skiers, plus easy access to ski schools. You can also find great little local restaurants simply by strolling through the neighbourhood, and the Lawson convenience store is just a 10-minute walk away. For even more options, you can reach Furano town in a quick five-minute drive (or bus ride) across the river.
