Ayara Surin belongs to the gated community of the Ayara Estate. Enjoy complete luxury at its best in this lovely three floor, 6-bedroom Thai villa that hosts a variety of comforts and delights. Its interiors have been designed intricately and symmetrically coupled with colourful décor, world-class artistically designed wooden furniture, grand bathroom and kitchen fittings, easily accessible storage spaces. The top floor, which sits on street level, is where you will enter the villa. Here sits the main kitchen, formal dining space, a lounge which features a billiard table. The mezzanine level is the communal gathering point where you’re privy to the ten metre pool and sala as well as entrance to the two master suites. There is also a second kitchen, bar, dining space, media room and study room. Finally, the ground floor is home to the other four bedrooms.

Living Room

There are two living rooms at Ayara Surin, both of which are large and spacious. The rooms are equipped with Satellite TV broadcasting international channels. Take your pick from the vast collection of DVD movies for a movie night with the family or friends.

Dining Room

An eight-seater dining table awaits your arrival so that you can relish the best of the food in the world with complete delight. You could also choose to have your meals in the outdoor dining space. Master Bedrooms

Two of the rooms that sit on the second floor as well two on the ground floor are master suites. These rooms come with a double bed configuration and supporting ensuite bathrooms that boast a whirlpool bath and shower. The master suites open to the pool and have unrivalled views of the ocean.

Guest Bedrooms

The ground floor houses the two other bedrooms which come with double beds. These rooms come with stunning sea views and private bathrooms.

Villa Manager

Ayara Surin’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Surin is known to host many internationally renowned restaurants which should quell your thirst if you’re looking for your daily Thai meal dosage. Local shops and supermarkets are within a 5-minute drive. Phuket International Hospital and the bright lights of Patong are only a 25-minute car ride away.
