Baan Buaa offers a blend of Thai and Balinese architecture with lush exotic greenery wrapping around the entire tranquil property. The villa has a five-star beachfront location on Nahai Beach in Lamai, Koh Samui – just a few steps from the villa and your toes are touching the sand. Baan Buaa has three bedrooms, a beautiful private pool and comes staffed with an in-house chef.

Baan Buaa reflects the indoor/outdoor living of the tropics. The villa is hugged by a lush garden bursting with exotic blooms cradling a turquoise blue pool, while the indoor areas offer a world of wonder with beautiful textiles and intricate carvings reflecting the local Thai heritage.

Living Room

The stylish indoor living room is connected to the poolside terrace through glass bi-fold doors. The room houses a massive 50-inch plasma screen TV complete with an extensive DVD library.

Dining Room

The formal teakwood dining table seats up to eight people. The dining area is adjoined by a fully-equipped kitchen. The poolside table is ideal for enjoying some barbecue. The table is protected by a shady roof and blessed with a refreshing breeze.

Garden & Pool

Baan Buaa’s azure blue pool is shaded by palm trees and lush green foliage, wrapping the property in absolute privacy from the outside world. The terrace hugging the pool offers lavish daybeds perfect for taking in the tropical ambiance. The villa is embraced by a luscious garden with wild exotic blossoms cascading over doorways, conjuring up a feel of a summertime paradise. For a place in the shade, retreat in to the poolside sala and stretch out for an indulgent afternoon nap protected from the sun.

Baan Buaa has three bedrooms. Two rooms have king-sized beds and one room has a queen-sized bed. There are two bedrooms on the first floor of the main building and one bedroom is located in a separate pavilion.

Baan Buaa is a three-bedroom villa built over two floors and divided into two buildings. The main house includes the living and dining areas on the ground floor and two king-bedded rooms up on the first floor. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and it’s located in a separate pavilion by the villa’s private swimming pool.

Your stay in Baan Buaa is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Baan Buaa’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Villa Manager

Baan Buaa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

The villa’s skilled Thai chef will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favorites.
