Baan Leelawadee Living
Baan Leelawadee has been designed as true Thai oasis with plenty of flowers and foliage lining the pathways leading to the beachfront pool. The villa’s design is a mix of modern style and Thai influences, with shingled roofs perfect tying in together with the vast floor-to-ceiling windows and immaculate entertainment systems.
Living Room
The living room is surrounded by glass doors opening up on three sides. The room houses white sofas centred around a flatscreen TV and DVD player. The villa also has a Hi-Fi system complete with outdoor speakers.
Dining Room
The dining pavilion is accessed through a stepping stone path over a koi fish pond. Here you’ll find an impressively sized dining table seating eight and an adjoining kitchen equipped with designer appliances.
Garden & Pool
The villa’s zero-edge pool is perfectly positioned between the villa and the beach. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers perfect for tanning and there’s also a covered sala for those who prefer to stay in the shade. The sala is also teh perfect spot for taking in a sunset over the ocean. Guests have direct access to Bophut Beach.

Baan Leelawadee is a single-storey villa where rooms are divided into semi-detached pavilions. The beachfront villa has a private swimming pool which is accessed though garden pathways. The living room lounge is open on three sides with glass doors. From here, you enter the dining pavilion through a walkway across koi fish ponds.

Baan Leelawadee is located 10 minutes from Koh Samui’s International Airport.

Beautiful beachside villa
My husband and I have just spent a week at this beautiful villa in Ko Samui Baan Leelawadee is perfectly situated at one end of a lovely long beach -ideal for early morning walks to catch the sunrise or later in the day to walk along to the local town (fisherman’s village )where you will find plenty of restaurants,bars and nightlife. There is also a market providing ample opportunities for holiday shopping whether you are looking for beautiful leather bags or just want to sample the local street food- I declined trying the scorpions and crickets but the prawns were delicious The villa itself is ideal for a family or a group of adults with 4 double bedrooms , a large kitchen/dining room and living room- all tastefully furnished. I loved the infinity pool – perfect size for doing laps or just cooling off But I think what makes your stay so decadent here is the lovely staff who are there to look after you anticipating your every need whether it’s bringing you a drink with delicious snacks or helping you to book a massage in the local village. They really do make it a special holiday We will definitely be going back

Top notch house at the beach for a rest and close to the action!
An enchanting stay! I had the opportunity to be at Baan Leelawadee in Koh Samui for a week. The location is really perfect on the beach and very quiet, yet close to all amenities (shops, beach bars, restaurants, golf, …). The staff of 4 is taking care of you every minute (including when I lost the safe key!) and preparing delightgful food from Thailand and elsewhere. The house is very spacious and tastefully furnished with a great covered patio overlooking the beach (my favourite) and a large pool (I like doing laps!). Rooms are large and well furnished with all what you would like to find in a high end hotel. Finally, Baan Leelawadee is ideal if you like to entertain thanks to its large terraces and the fully opening living room – while the staff is taking care of food and beverages. This accomodation is strongly recommended for large families or groups of adults. Finally, the island feels really authentic while offering all the sophistication that you would expect from a high end resort.

Exceptional holiday with the whole family
We had booked the villa for us as a family, 5 adults and 2 children. and reserved all 4 bedrooms. The arrival was completely relaxed, we were picked up by the minivan at the airport and brought directly to the house. Here we were warmly welcomed by the villa manager Ae and her team. From then on, it was all about feeling good and relaxing. The team around Ae read our every wish from our eyes. We were looked after from morning to night. Our cook Joom spoiled us with Thai delicacies. Jai, our “maid”, took care of everything, she was there for us the whole day and even took the time to do handicrafts with our children. The room service was always great, in the evening there was always a braided figurine or a towel figurine on the bed and a fresh scented lamp in the bathroom. The complex was spacious and very well maintained. It consists of 5 buildings, 2 of which are for communal use, the living room & dining room with kitchen. The decor was Thai modern and very inviting. Each room had its own TV, there was a music system in the public areas which could be controlled with the smartphone and the wifi also covered the whole area. The pool with a length of 12 metres was the highlight. From here you could enjoy the view over the bay of Bophut.

Fantastic!
Lovely quiet location with great accommodation and gorgeous views. The size of Koh Samui means that the whole island is easily accessible with many unspoilt beaches and the nightlife of Fisherman’s Village only a short distance away. Have a drink by the pool whilst watching the amazing sunset and you’ll find it hard to think of anywhere better to be. The staff are tremendous; very professional and helpful, yet at the same time, great fun. The quality of food prepared by the chef is excellent and sometimes you wonder why you bother going out to eat at all! Whilst Thai food is the mainstay, the chef likes a challenge and can do very good Italian food in particular. She loves the opportunity to cook something different so give her that chance!

Spacious Villa with Great Staff
My wife and I stayed here for our Honeymoon in January. The villa itself is beautiful and very spacious. The staff are the most underrated part of the villa. They are super helpful and want your stay to be special. They will help you with anything you need, or leave you to yourselves. The meals they prepared for us were top notch and delicious. The villa has everything you need from an Apple TV to fast WiFi. There is even a Sonos system for music. The villa and the staff are all you could need. But for fun, you are a 8-10 minute ride from fishermans village. I highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a luxury stay in Thailand with some seclusion.

Breathtaking
This luxury villa is truly 5 star on the beach front with amazing views. A little piece of “Heaven”. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive who went above and beyond for me and my family. Fabulous meals cooked at lunch time and evenings. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and have already recommended to all my friends. Best choice!
This was our 5th visit to this beautiful villa. Set in lucious, tropical gardens, amidst frangipani, orchids and tall palms,the bedrooms ensures utmost privacy,set apart from one another, surrounded by the flowers and plants. The living and dining area opens up onto an infinity pool, and then onto the white beach and beauty of Samui. The “Sala” where I’ve enjoyed many a relaxing massage, leads down a few steps to the secluded beach, a short drive or relaxing 20 minute walk to the quaint markets and restaurants that line the beaches of the Fisherman’s Village. The villa’s hospitality team is very friendly and so keen to make your stay at memorable as possible, with nice touches in your room every day. I think my downfall is the food! Chef’s remarkable skills in producing yummy, yet the highest quality meals is on a par with the best on the Island. I just cant resist ! If this sounds too good to be true, I can honestly say, this review is 100% accurate. I love going there. The place blends with it’s natural environment and I come away each time knowing I’ll be back.

“Relaxing & Rejuvenating Stay at Baan Leelawadee”
I booked this villa for my family to stay for 2 weeks over the Christmas period. It was perfect! From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming & so helpful. Two of us have some food allergies & the cook Jum was fantastic & catered to our needs. Also, the Christmas Day lunch she cooked was outstanding!!
The property itself is stunning. So peaceful & relaxing. The beds are comfortable & the rooms & bathrooms were excellent. My parents especially loved the lounge room with comfortable couches that looked put into the bay.
The beach was cleaned daily & lovely to swim in. All of the staff were excellent. For us, this was better than many 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Thank you for such a lovely stay & looking after us all so well! We will see you next year when we return!

“Perfectly positioned, peaceful, relaxing luxury villa”
A wonderful property situated in a peaceful and quiet location overlooking the beach but in close proximity to bars and restaurants a short distance away, Beautifully kept gardens lead to a refreshing infinity pool which overlooks the picturesque Bophut bay.
The staff on site at the villa are supremely efficient and professional and are on hand to make the stay just as it should be, stress free and an extremely relaxing experience. Although there are many good restaurants around, Chef Joom prepares excellent high quality dishes to suit everybody’s culinary requirements.

“Impeccable villa, mouthwatering catering and luxurious facilities”
We enjoyed the most wonderful vacation at Baan Leelawadee. The villa is immaculate and luxurious with every facility one could wish for to make for a perfect holiday. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed enchanting views from this beach-front villa especially as we relaxed in the infinity pool.
The staff were attentive and super friendly without being intrusive. And the food…..! Out of this world delicious especially the curries and Thai salads. We’ll be coming back for more.

“Peaceful, Luxurious, and everything wonderfully catered by a superb Thai Staff and Chef”
Took a short break at this wonderful villa with family and friends. The location is peaceful and is right on a quiet beach. The entire villa is very well designed so that each bedroom is private. The interiors are opulent and stylishly finished. This is an inside-outside villa, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors from the reception rooms and lots of exterior space, both shaded and in the sun. The pool is large and excellent for laps, or for relaxing, glass in hand, gazing across at Big Buddah across the bay.
While a villa like this is wonderful to stay in, it is the quality and humour of the Thai staff that brings it fully to life. We were especially lucky to have “Lucky”, the maid who looked after us, overseen by “Ae” the manager, looking after anything we wanted to do, day trips, dinner recommendations, massage etc. She organised massage, manicure, pedicure for the ladies at the villa-fab!
We did have an issue with our shower, which was blocked and the tray overflowed when we first used. In fairness, we mentioned to “Ae” and I never saw a maintenance guy, but it was fixed before nightfall.
Special word for “Joom” the in-house chef, who created breakfast daily. In the evening she really shone, our favourites from a wide food palette were her wing bean salad and Thai red curry with duck and lychees. She also has a wicked sense of humour!
