Baan Paradise Living
On your arrival at Baan Paradise, you will be overwhelmed by not only the welcome drink, but also by the complimentary case of Heineken beer! The villa has breezy open-plan living areas, which can be closed off when you want to enjoy the AC. The wow-factor is provided by the infinity pool, which open up to views overlooking Patong Bay.
Living Room
The living room is a sprawling open-plan space at the pool level. The room offers panoramic views of Patong bay from villa’s vantage point on the hilltop. The room houses white sofas facing a low-slung coffee table and overlooking the dining area.
Dining Room
The dining room sits next to the living room and boats a round table that can accommodate a communal dinner. The villa houses not just one but two kitchens. The main kitchen is located mid-level, designed to accommodate both poolside and indoor dining. The second kitchen is located on a lower level and can be used by the guests or the staff kitchen.
Media Room
The entertainment room comes with a massive 60-inch plasma TV, supplemented by stereo, Sony Play Station and surround sound system. The room also houses a billiard table with views of Patong Bay.
Garden & Pool
The 14-metre infinity edge pool is a real showstopper and seems to extend all teh way to the ocean. You have options galore here: you can choose to swim in the crystal clear water in the pool for hours on, or just relax on the sun beds and bask in the warm sunshine to your heart content. The pool also has pampering spa jets.
Baan Paradise Bedrooms
Baan Paradise has five bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 guests. All rooms come with their own ensuites as well as breathtaking views of Patong Bay.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom houses a king-sized bed and TV with DVD player and extends into a private balcony. The master bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub.
Guest Bedrooms
Three guest rooms are furnished with double beds and a TV/DVD each. All rooms include an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
The fourth guest room is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, making it ideal for families. The room has its own ensuite bathroom.

Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled Thai chef will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favorites.

Baan Paradise is located south of Patong Beach in Phuket, Thailand. The villa is perched on a hilltop, offering magical views of Patong Bay. Baan Paradise is barely a few minutes away from Patongs hotspot, including the beach, shops and restaurants. Patong is known for its lively nightlife and the beach offers a variety of water sports including snorkelling and diving. Baan Paradise is located 40 kilometres from the airport.

5 of us booked this villa for 6 days and when we arrived we all was so impressed and happy with the choice. Joyce the manager was helpfull with every aspect of our stay. Hey guys, Baan Paradise, was truly amazing. My friends and I had a fantastic time, from the initial super spicy/tasty red curry, on our arrival (cooked by the wonderful chef!) to our last days pictures taken by the awesome pool, with such a wonderful view of the Bay. All the staff made sure we had a really fun stay, and the location is excellent for Patong. It is really close to the beach, but just far enough away, so that when you want to relax and be away from the hustle, you are in total peace. I couldn’t be more happy with the Villa, it was excellent.

Service was excellent. The helpers were great – the villa was always cleaned with fresh towels. We were a bunch of 9 guys and we did make a slight mess every night but the helpers ensured the house was squeaky clean in the morning before we woke up. They cook pretty well also. Location of the villa cannot get any better than this. The swimming pool is facing the whole of patong beach and the view is excellent especially at night. A special mention to Joyce – the villa manager. She was very responsive from the time we booked the villa. She even recommended and booked dinner for us at a wonderful local thai restaurant. Her customer service was excellent and she always found a solution for everything. Thank you to the whole baan paradise team for making our stay a very memorable one. To those reading this review.. i have stayed at a few villas in phuket. But this by far beats every other villa by a mile. If you are looking for a villa in patong, dont look further cause this is the best villa in patong area.

The house is simply incredible. It is a 5 min drive from Patong beach and the world famous Bangla Road. The staff was great. Joyce was able to communicate clearly in english which helped a lot. The chef was out of this world. I’d highly recommend taking advantage of the chef services provide. They make some fantastic food. Great location, great hosts, great food. If you are traveling to Phuket with a large group and looking to party, I can’t think of a better spot.

The stay was very nice. The villa was comfortable and well maintained. I would only recommend you put a landline or a local phone incase ppl want to use it to make their itineraries or day trips. Apart from that, was a perfect stay for us.
