Built around the coconut groves, the villa is an exclusive and peaceful retreat offering excellent facilities and phenomenal service whilst still within easy access of the island’s top amenities. Baan Tao Talay is surrounded by lush tropical gardens full of bourgainvilla, orchids, frangipani trees and hybiscus leading down to the secluded Lipa Noi beach which is famous for its exquisite sunsets. It also has a private pool.

All five exquisitely decorated bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, plasma TVs with DVD players, hairdryers, robes and slippers. Three of the bedrooms have separate dressing areas. Two of the double bedrooms can be changed to two twins if preferred. The bathrooms are all spacious and finished to a high standard with glass, wood and marble. Two of them have inside/outside showers set in small, private, tropical gardens and another has a large folding window.

Location
Baan Tao Talay is located on the exclusive west coast of Ko Samui, in the Gulf of Thailand, approximately 700 kilometers southeast of Bangkok. Tourism in Samui is relatively new compared to other destinations but has still been active for about 30 years. Despite recent developments, Samui remains a tropical paradise with a friendly, laid back atmosphere. The most popular and commercialised beaches are Chaweng and Lamai on the East coast, while the northern beaches and their adjacent villages of Mae Nam, Bophut, Bang Rak (Big Buddha) and Choeng Mon are more peaceful choices, and the west coast beaches are still comparatively quiet.

Absolute unforgettable experience
We had an unforgettable stay in Baan Tao Talay. From the pickup at the ferry until the transfer to the airport and everything in between. The villa is spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and beautiful. The staff is super friendly, helped us with private tours and excursions and prepared the best food we had in Thailand. We stayed here for four days and would definitely return.

Absolutely stunning!
I have been there with my girlfriend for 6 days, and it was one of the best experiences in my „travel-life“ so far. Tom, aswell as Khun Amp the villa manager and her stuff have done an amazing job. The villa has a modern standard and is superclean! The pool is stunning with the waterfall and the jacuzzi, they serve you all day and the service was second to none! The food is delicious, the view is perfect, the rooms are 5star level, the beach infront of the villa is clean and the sea is clear. There is one little thing wich could be mentioned as a tiny small minus, and that would be the ferry pier nearby, although it didnt bother us at all, the place is just amazing, and we will be back for sure! I can recommend this place to anyone, its absolutely worth the price!

Fabulous Stay
This beachfront villa is exceptional! This villa offers world-class facilities, everything you can think of! Its gorgeous infinity pool and amazing jacuzzi with splendid sea view are just some of them! The villa also has a fitness center and sauna, which I believe makes it unique from other villas I’ve been to. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They helped me in arranging everything I needed during my stay. Moreover, the chef was so skilled & accommodating, I had a number of food allergies and he still managed to cook up such a great meal!. The location was also perfect as it is just 5 minutes away from the airport and Chaweng that has a lot of bars and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay here and I hope to go back here again soon!

“A fabulous gem of a place, 7 stars in every way!”
We had the most fabulous 10 day holiday in the exquisite Baan Tao Talay. We couldn’t fault it in any way. The house manager Khun Joy was pure joy and her attention to detail was excellent. The decor is fabulous too with personal touches. We loved the candlelit pathways down to the dining pagoda. At the bottom of the lawn is the beach! We’re hoping to be back next year.

Stunning and perfect escape
From the moment of arrival until departure, we felt immediately relaxed and at home in what can only be a truly stunning and magnificent set up for the perfect break and escape. Aer and her team were ideal hosts -discrete and helpful in good measure. The food everyday evening prepared and served by the resident chef were just to die for. The best Tom Yum ever was savoured here. We will definitely be back.
