Baliana Villa Umalas’ design is a beautiful blend of the traditional houses of the Batak tribe and striking modern angles, all rendered in dark natural timber and whitewashed walls. The living room is crowned by a majestic vaulted triangle ceiling, with an immense picture window in the shape of a pyramid giving out into the villa’s gardens.
