Ban Nai Fan Living
Ban Nai Fan is a spacious villa spread over two floors. From the pool terrace, an external staircase leads to upper floor. The ground level houses the living room on one side of the staircase, with the dining/kitchen area on the other side, and a semi-detached bedroom suite. The upper level has two bedrooms on either side of the staircase.
Living Room
Located on the villa’s ground floor, the living room is an air-conditioned space with wide glass doors. The room houses a grey sectional sofa, red beanbags, green potted plants and colourful wall paintings. There is a wall-mounted satellite TV to keep you entertained while at the villa. There is also a small study area on one side of the room.
Dining Room
The dining/kitchen area is also located on the ground floor with a view of the pool. There is a 6-seater dining table, accommodating all the villa’s guests in one place. If you prefer to dine outdoors, there is a 6-seater dining set on the pool terrace. The villa also has a western-style kitchen, boasting modern stainless steel appliances.
Garden & Pool
The villa’s gorgeous infinity pool has a generous terrace with sun loungers and a stunning view of the ocean. There are also shaded areas and a poolside table perfect for an alfresco breakfast or a full family meal.

Ban Nai Fan Layout
Ban Nai Fan is a four-bedroom villa split over two levels. The ground floor includes the pool, living areas and one bedroom. From the poolside terrace, an outdoor staircase leads to the first-floor terrace, which is flanked by a bedroom on either side. All four bedrooms have king-sized beds.

Ban Nai Fan’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Chef
The villa’s skilled Thai chef will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favourites. The chef is available for breakfast and lunch only.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Ban Nai Fan includes 24-hour security around the villa.
Location
Ban Nai Fan is located in between Choeng Mon and Chaweng in northern Koh Samui, Thailand. The serene white-sand Cheong Mon Beach is only five minutes from the villa, as is the popular hub of Chaweng with its unique Thai charm, shops and a vibrant nightlife. A 15-minute drive on the local ‘Son Tow’ bus will take you to Bophut Fisherman’s village with an eclectic collection of restaurants, boutiques and beachfront bars. For sports lovers, Jungle Minigolf is 1.9 km away, while the Chaweng Boxing Stadium is 3.7km away. Koh Samui Airport is a ten-minute drive from Ban Nai Fan.

“Absolutely gorgeous Villa”
I had my Hen’s trip in Koh Samui with 4 other girl’s on a 7 night trip and we had an amazing stay at Ban Nai Fan. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the villa was spacious and clean. The location is up on a hill so I highly recommend hiring a car to get around the island, if not I don’t think you’ll be able to get around. The villa was close to all the main areas on the island, and very convenient drive to main shopping centres, Chaweng beach and night markets.
The only thing to be aware of was that the electricity bill is not included in the price of accommodation. And being in the tropical area where you need alot of air-conditioning, it will get a bit pricey. This wasn’t mentioned to us until we arrived so we were abit surprised.
The villa managers were really friendly and helpful with any requests and questions that you might have which made the stay very smooth.
Highly recommend this place! Your friends back home would be so jealous of the villa you’ll stay in.

We were fortunate enough to stay over the New Year day so were able to see the fireworks from a panoramic birdeye view as the views from that place are just spectacular. Jeremy was a gracious host who was always on call and email even before we have arrived and had tips and hints for us that made our holiday on beautiful Samui so much more enjoyable. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning to this beautiful villa.

I WISH I LIVED HERE
So myself and a friend spent 10 days at Ban Nai Fan and upon arrival we were greeted by Jeremy the guest manager. Prior to our arrival Jeremy kept in contact with us to set everything up and when we arrived everything went very smoothly. He seemed very informed about the villa and the island and throughout our trip responded to us quickly if we had any questions. He also provided us with a phone since our phones weren’t working in Thailand which turned out to be an enormous help. Now the Villa itself was spotless when we arrived and when you first walk in the view makes you realize that you definitely picked the right place to vacation. A full panoramic view of the ocean with the infinity pool blending in with it was a joy to wake up to every morning. Jeremy also set us up with a driver, Chok. Chok was awesome, super helpful in us deciding where to eat and what to visit on the Island since he grew up there. I highly advise taking a day tour with him around the island. The area around the house was super quiet and relaxing but still close enough to reach the main areas in a short amount of time. I also have to say that the cleaning crew of ladies who come every few days did such an amazing job, they would make everything look perfect and even folded all my clothes for me. Our laundry was also picked up and dropped off at the house which was super convenient. Booking any activities on the Island was super easy since all we had to do was ask Jeremy and he set us up. If you’re gonna rent a villa in Koh Samui definitely choose Ban Nai Fun which i believe in Thai means, dream house.

Just to keep things straight forward. This place is beautiful, its amazing, i would defiantly go back. And for 5 people its a perfect fit. The location is amazing, close to the beach, party area, and the airport. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely go here, you will not regret it!

THE PERFECT HOLIDAY HOME
I don’t know where to start. This place is just out of this world. The pick up was waiting for us at the airport. Since we were 5 of us they sent two toyota fortuners. The place is just a 10 minute drive from the airport. Jeremy was there to welcome us and everyone of us 5 were silent for a few minutes after entering the villa. Jeremy showed us around the villa and was helpful enough to arrange car rental for us within an hour or so. We had requested for some food and drinks and they were all placed in the villa before our arrival. Jeremy did the paperwork quickly and left us with the villa and the keys. Security and safety didn’t seem any problem at all. Satellite TV is an additional plus point. The views from the two rooms on the first floor are amazing. Cleaning is once a week which was done once during our stay for 4 nights. The pictures we saw online were not even 50 percent of what it is in real. It is so difficult to capture the place in a lens and camera. I tried my best but its nothing compared to the real view. Just 5-7 minutes from the hustle bustle of Chaweng beach. Wifi has good connectivity through out the villa. Overall an amazing place to stay and Jeremy a really helpful and amazing guy.
