BELLE VILLA

Newly completed, Belle Villa offers modern and chic architecture with a blend of Balinese design elements. Stylishly decorated and furnished using hand selected local materials providing a serene and tropical environment.

Living Room

The open-plan living room with split-level design has glass doors overlooking the scenic backdrop of the pool and gardens. The living is fully furnished with cosy sofas.

Dining Room

The dining area is fully furnished with an 8-seater dining table. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, gas, oven, blender and toaster. It has features a high table breakfast bar.

Media Room

A separate media room with a 46” flat screen TV and DVD player adjoins the main living area and can be easily converted in an entertainment party zone. The room can also be used as an extra bedroom.

Garden & Pool

The outdoor area features a magnificent L-shaped pool with a jacuzzi at its one end. A large timber deck surrounds the pool area equipped with cosy sun loungers for soaking up the sun. Small lights that look like candles border the pool, adding to the evening beauty of the outdoors.

Belle Villa offers contemporary accommodation in three luxury bedrooms, each furnished and well equipped for utmost comfort on your Bali holiday. Each bedroom at Belle Villa offers king size beds, attached en-suite bathrooms with shower and baths, fresh bed linen and cosy pillows and fully stocked bathroom amenities. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have a flat screen TV and DVD player for in-house entertainment.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom redefines luxury taking it to the next level. The master bedroom occupies the second level of the villa and features its own lounge area and a private outdoor terrace with rattan sofa. Adjoining the main living area of the villa is a separate media room with 46 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, private bathroom and air conditioning. This room can also be converted to an extra bedroom.

Guest Bedrooms

Guest bedrooms have king size beds, attached en-suite bathrooms with shower and baths, fresh bed linen and cosy pillows and fully stocked bathroom amenities.

A feature of the outdoor area of the villa is the large L-shaped pool with walk way bridge giving the look and feel of having two separate pools. There is also a Jacuzzi at one end of the pool and a large timber deck with two separate sitting areas with outdoor furniture settings. Pool side sun lounges and an inviting garden gazebo/bale all add up to make Belle Villa outdoor areas the perfect place for fun, entertaining or just relaxing away your holiday.

Villa Manager

Belle Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

A security guard is stationed at the villa from 11pm until 7am.

Belle Villa is located in the upscale district of Seminyak, with best restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques in its vicinity. The villa is just a short walk away from Jalan Oberoi, also known as Eat Street of Bali. A 5 minute drive from the villa will take you to the famous Potato Head Beach Club and Ku De Ta. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the International airport from the villa
