Made up of two identical villas resting next to each other, Buona Vista Heights can be booked as two private three-bedroom villas or as a lavish six-bedroom estate for bigger groups. That the owners have years of experience in building luxury villas in Sri Lanka is evident in the thoughtful and finely curated design of the property. Facing west, the hilltop villas offer spectacular views at sunset. The estate is also ideally located for exploring the nearby beaches, tea plantations and UNESCO protected Galle Fort – all waiting within a 30-minute drive from the villa.

Buona Vista Heights fuses together curated modern design, artful Sri Lankan influences and sweeping vistas looking over the island and out to the ocean. Made up of two identical villas standing side by side, Buona Vista is ideal for large groups who enjoy spending time together as a group but also value privacy. When booked as a six-bedroom villa, a connecting wall can be opened to create a massive mega villa with vast living areas.

Each villa features a stylish TV lounge lined with full-wall glass. The dining area in each villa connects to the poolside deck through glass doors, providing a lovely sense of space and natural light. Both the South and North Villa have their own swimming pools with an enticing overflow effect at the edge.

Buona Vista South is a sleek modern villa looking over a designer swimming pool with a stunning over flow effect. The villa has three bedrooms, two of which feature king-sized beds and one room with two single beds. All bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms.

Buona Vista North offers clean cut modern design amidst the lush Sri Lankan jungle, with a fabulous swimming pool to complete the set up. The villa consists of three bedrooms – two are fitted with king beds, while the third room comes with twin beds. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.

Buona Vista Heights is a villa estate made up of two villas. Buona Vista South and Buona Vista North each have three bedrooms, private living and dining areas and their own swimming pools. The villas can be booked individually or together to create a six-bedroom estate. When the property is booked with six bedrooms, a connecting door between the villas can be opened to create a fabulous open-plan living area.

Villa Manager

Buona Vista Heights’ experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Buona Vista Heights is located in Unawatuna in southern Sri Lanka. The property is built over lush hills and facing west, offers sublime views during sunset. It’s only a 10-minute drive to the famous Unawatuna Beach. The UNESCO protected Galle Fort is about 15 minutes away by car. The iconic Virgin White Tea Plantation is about a 30-minute drive from the villa.
