The villa’s layout artfully follows the contours of the cliffside. The rooms are divided into different pavilions connected through pathways and staircases. These structures are beautifully juxtaposed by the two swimming pools, ample water features, and gently rolling lawns. The interiors are luxe, comfy, and inviting but never over the top. It really is all about those amazing views – just as it should be.

The living room is a beautiful glass pavilion located at the highest point of the property, offering seemingly infinite ocean views. The room is crowned with a high vaulted ceiling, with lamps inspired by local penjor decorations adding a touch of Bali. A generous arrangement of sofas invites everyone to gather in for relaxed get-togethers in this beautiful space.
Dining Room
That gorgeous glass encased living room also houses the villa’s formal dining area. Crafted from a beautiful slab of wood, the dining table comfortably seats 10 and provides glorious views of the ocean.

By The Cliff is a five-bedroom villa that’s divided into two buildings. The main building houses the living and dining areas and the main pool on the upper floor, with two bedrooms located downstairs. The second building houses two bedrooms on the upper floor, with one bedroom and the second swimming pool located one floor below.
By The Cliff Staff
Your stay in By The Cliff is made enjoyable by the professional staff. By The Cliff’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
By The Cliff’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

By The Cliff sits on the cliffs over Balangan Beach in Bali, Indonesia. The villa is nestled in a refined community of villas and provides jaw-dropping views of the ocean. Balangan Beach is only a five-minute drive away. The villa sits in a relaxed area with a handful of great restaurants tucked between villas, resorts, local residences, and tropical greenery. New Kuta Golf Bali is about a 10-minute drive away, while the vibrant restaurant scene of Bingin can be reached in about 20 minutes or so.
