Casa Bell Chalet is a contemporary and cosy ski chalet surrounded by picturesque silver birch trees in the elite ski district of Niseko in Hokkaido, Japan. The warm and inviting living areas feature a plush leather lounge and a modern designer fireplace, while the three bedrooms offer a relaxing refuge after a long day of skiing in Niseko’s epic powder.
The chalet offers a peaceful locale within easy reach of the Annupuri, Niseko Village and Grand Hirafu ski resorts. If you need to accommodate more people, the cosy Casa Bell Cabin is located right next door.

Casa Bell Chalet Living
Casa Bell Chalet was designed by a family of hospitality professionals and this experience shows in the immaculate attention to detail that’s been applied throughout. The spacious chalet offers a beautiful blend of classic alpine charm and plush modern comfort, set against a backdrop of tranquil Hokkaido woods.
Living Room
The living areas are located on the two-storey chalet’s upper floor, with ample windows allowing the space to be streamed with natural light throughout the day. The centre piece is an eco-friendly fireplace, with a sleek flatscreen TV mounted on the wall above it. Seating is a available on a plush leather lounge and two elegant armchairs scattered with plump pillows.
Dining Room
The dining area is a fluid extension of the lounge, with a long timber dining table comfortably seating eight people on dining chairs and a bench lining the table. A few steps away is a more intimate dining area available at the breakfast bar which is followed by the chalet’s open plan kitchen.
Casa Bell Chalet Bedrooms
Casa Bell Chalet features three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a “quad” room located on the lower floor and features two king-sized beds. The other two rooms are located upstairs – both of these rooms can be set up with a king-sized bed or two single beds as needed.

The first bedroom is located on the chalet’s ground floor. The bedroom has two king sized beds and can accommodate two adults and two kids. The room also comes with a wall-mounted TV with Playstation, so it’s a great hideout for kids and teens. There’s also a bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom is one of two bedrooms located on the chalets upper floor. This room has a king-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower.

Casa Bell Chalet Layout
Casa Bell Chalet is a three-bedroom chalet that’s built over two levels. The ground floor houses one bedroom along with the laundry and ski storage facilities. On the upper floor, you’ll find two more bedrooms along with the chalet’s open-plan living and dining room. If you need to accommodate more people, the cosy Casa Bell Cabin is located right next door.

Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Location
Casa Bell Chalet is located in the peaceful Soga district in Niseko, surrounded by snowy woods and other exclusive chalets. It’s only a five-minute drive to the Niseko Annupuri ski resort and it takes under 10 minutes to reach the slopes and restaurants at Niseko Village. The hub of Grand Hirafu ski resort is about 15 minutes away by car.
