Casa Brio strikes a stylish balance between white modern architecture and earthy Balinese influences. The villa has a huge open-plan living room overlooking the pool and garden, helping to bring the lush outdoors in.

The living room has an open-plan layout and a high ceiling, creating a great sense on space and light. The room has okra red sofas and grey armchairs centred around a glass-top coffee table.
Dining Room
The eight-seater dining table sits beside the living room sofas in the same open-sided room. The dining area is flanked by a well-equipped kitchen. The villa also has an alfresco dining area up on the first floor.
Media Room
The villa has an air-conditioned media room with a plush modular sofa and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and an iPod dock.
Garden & Pool
Casa Brio has a 21-metre swimming pool which includes a shallow section for the kids. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols and lush tropical gardens.

Casa Brio has four bedrooms. Two rooms have king-sized beds and two rooms have two single beds that are convertible into a king if needed. All the bedrooms are located under the same roof, with two rooms on the ground floor and two floors upstairs on the first floor. The media room can be used as an extra bedroom for an additional fee.

Casa Brio is a four-bedroom villa divided into two pavilions surrounding the 21-metre swimming pool. The first pavilion includes the living and dining areas. The second pavilion includes the media room and two bedrooms on the ground floor. There are two further bedrooms upstairs on the first floor, where you’ll also find a scenic outdoor dining area.

Your stay in Casa Brio is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Casa Brio’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Casa Brio’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Casa Brio is in Seminyak, Bali. The villa has a great location close to the action: you’ll find some of Seminyak’s most popular restaurants, including Motel Mexicola, Sea Circus and Bambu within a 10-minute walk of the villa. Petitenget Beach is also less than 10 minutes away on foot. Seminyak Square and all the restaurants lining Eat Street are 15 minutes away on foot or just five minutes by car or motorbike. Casa Brio is located about 40 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Casa Brio is simply a fantastic place to stay in Bali. The villa itself is stunning – beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and elegant, and the whole property has a relaxed yet refined atmosphere that makes you feel at home immediately.

Fantastic stay from start to finish! Excellent location and great service – a bright little gem
My sister and I brought our parents and their two friends to Bali last December and stayed at Casa Brio for three nights. We loved it. The property looked exactly as advertised, spacious rooms with gorgeous hardwood floors, HUGE bathrooms, a lovely pool and deck, all surrounded by lush tropical greenery. The size and layout was fantastic, and the bedrooms on the ground floor was perfect for the older members of our party. The location of the property was great for our little jaunts in and around Seminyak as well. It was easy walking distance past a lovely little local temple and neighbourhood to KuDeTa, Potatohead, La Lucciola and Biku, and a short drive to our favourite restaurants, Metis and Sardine. The best part of Casa Brio was the service provided by the warm and friendly staff managed by the villa manager Nengah. They were always there with a smile to help – from providing refreshing towels, drinks and snacks after yet another shopping jaunt, to making reservations (restaurants, spas, cooking school) and ensuring that breakfast was always ready whenever we wanted it – nothing was too difficult. One of our favourite people there was Dikar, our driver. Dikar was unfailingly patient, knew all the short cuts and made sure that we were never late for all our appointments at the restaurants and the spa. Don’t be fooled by his quiet demeanor and shy smile, he pays attention and knows where you want to go, and what he needs to do to get you there – sometimes almost before you do! We were sad to leave Casa Brio at the end of our stay, and will certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect little getaway in Bali.

A perfect oasis in the middle of Seminyak
Casa Brio is back online and better than ever! It was closed for six months due to the noisy construction of a villa next door, but now all is peaceful again and Casa Brio is accepting bookings once more. Not a moment too soon. We were desperate to escape the haze in Singapore and were delighted that Casa Brio could take us. This was perhaps our 5th or 6th visit. But there was one major difference for us. We now had an 11- month-old baby daughter to accompany our 6-year-old girl. We wondered if Casa Brio would be sufficiently baby friendly and could our older girl be suitably entertained where there was no kids’ club or other children’s facilities. We needn’t have worried. After we checked in, our older girl exclaimed “Wow! This is the life!” and flopped into one of the comfy beds to check it out. She couldn’t wait to get into the pool to swim. In fact, over the 5 days we were there, she never got bored of the pool, the spacious living and dining areas to read and play games, and the engaging and children-loving team headed by Manager Yusa. In fact, we had to pry her away for a trip to Turtle Island! For our baby, they provided a wide range of baby-friendly accessories & equipment, such as a baby cot with mosquito netting, a baby chair, kiddy pool toys & children’s DVDs. The pool of course was open and we had to watch that the baby didn’t crawl into it, but it would have been unreasonable to expect it to be fenced up. Chef Kadek was most accommodating to provide food that our kid loved, such as Spaghetti Bolognaise, French fries, Cap Chai with rice, and many other delights. He exceeded himself by making a Balinese feast for us one night, comprising a wonderful crispy Balinese duck, succulent chunks of tuna beautifully marinaded, wrapped in banana leaf and BBQ’d to perfection, crunchy and tasty Balinese cooked vegetable mix, skewers of pork sate, with white rice, and for dessert, a typical Balinese sweet of palm sugar inside dumplings, boiled and served with freshly grated coconut. We could not have had higher quality Balinese food anywhere (and we have been to many places). In the day, Casa Brio is a verdant haven. The landscaping, plants, and trees make it really hard to believe that there are villas next door. The location is also unbeatable. Just minutes away we could access Seminyak beach (the sunsets!), gorgeous restaurants, terrific shopping, and high-quality yet reasonably-priced spas. We never needed a car except for our trip to Turtle Island. At night, the ambiance is heavenly. The lighting designer did a great job and the place is stunning, serene, and restful at night. In the cool of the night breeze, with the soft sounds of the Gamelan wafting in from a nearby temple, having a nightcap or coffee in the lounge was quite the nicest way to end a day. And overnight, in the middle of this charming village hidden in the heart of Seminyak, there was no road noise. Only crickets. The beds were very comfortable, only our baby’s cries for milk could get us out of bed in the mornings! But we were rewarded by the freshest tangerine juice, fragrant Bali coffee, and breakfast that could be anything from eggs Benedict or eggs florentine to Balinese fried rice or noodles, accompanied by fresh local fruit (mangos were in season and they are divine!). The staff was all attentive but discreet.

Tranquil Villa in the heart of Seminyak
My friends and I spent 5 wonderful nights at Villa Casa Brio. It is a well located villa within 10 mins strolling distance of the Square and the resorts and outstanding restaurants of Seminyak. But the villa is super quiet with no traffic noise at all. The staff are friendly and attentive and the villa clean and comfortable. The pool is great for kids and adults alike and gets all-day sun. We will definitely book again.

A home away from home
The moment we stepped into the villa we were blown away. The grounds are expansive, the staff is welcoming and the property is very well presented. My wife says that’s got to be her dream house! Although it’s listed as a 4-bedroom villa there’s actually a fifth room, albeit a lounge area that can be used as a bedroom in very practical ways. We love the home-cooked meals whipped up by the staff, you just pay for the grocery cost with the service included in the rental. It’s really that good. Although quite a distance from the main street, around 10 minutes and a further 10 minutes to Seminyak Village, the Villa benefits from privacy and a luxurious fit-out from a 17-meter lap pool to open bathrooms and lush tropical gardens. Our group of 11 stayed very comfortably and enjoyed returning to this lovely home after a full-day excursion. I’m sure we will be back sometime soon!

Thank you so much for arranging our villa in Seminyak. We all had the most wonderful 8 days together as a family. It is a holiday we will always cherish. All the staff were absolutely fantastic and looked after every little detail. Our chef and staff were great with all the meals we ordered. We arranged to have a big American breakfast every morning with freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly cut fruit, cereals, eggs any way, and crispy bacon and tomatoes with plenty of toast just the way we ordered it. We had dinner at the villa for 4 nights as we all loved sitting around together in the beautiful comfy surroundings and of course so much easier with our 11-month-old baby who loved being entertained and carried around by the staff. We all went out together one night to Sardine (a beautiful restaurant) leaving the baby with our lovely staff member (who’d only recently had a child of her own) to look after Will which he loved. I could not recommend this villa more highly.

An exceptional villa experience in the heart of Seminyak
We have just consumed an exceptional lobster dinner at Casa Brio and are relaxing in the lounge sipping coffees and whisky served by the very warm and efficient staff of the villa. The wind is blustery tonight and the lush trees of the garden around the pool are rustling comfortingly. We are in the middle of Seminyak, but one would hardly believe that Casa Brio is in the middle of a peaceful village, yet only a minute’s stroll from all the sophisticated shops and restaurants of Seminyak, with the beach also only a few minutes walk away. There are villas, and then there are villas! Casa Brio is in a class of its own. An elegant designer villa by renowned architect Maria Paiva it exudes tranquility and restfulness throughout. The four bedrooms benefit from enormous and luxurious bathrooms, one of them with an oversized circular bathtub in its own private outdoor garden! The living and dining area has a magnificent wooden beam pitch roof and is open to the pool which is 21 meters and perfect for laps on a languid afternoon, followed by sipping the villa’s special cocktail of pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and soda water out of a pineapple shell at the poolside, gazing at the peach and purple sunset above. It is a place we did not want to leave after arrival! It is self-contained with the chef on site and even masseurs on call, who will come in and give massages either in the pool pavilion or in the media lounge. Nothing is too much for the staff to do for us. But we dragged ourselves outside to sample the delights of superb restaurants such as Metis or Chandi, followed by after-dinner drinks at trendy surf-front watering holes like Ku De Ta or Potato Head. I have stayed in Casa Brio regularly over the two and a half years since it opened its doors and I have found the ambiance better each time as the gardens get more mature, the service more excellent, and the food increasingly imaginative and wonderful. Seminyak can nowadays feel a bit touristed and congested and if one wanted more of the “real Bali”, perhaps it is better found away from the crowded south of Bali. But Casa Brio is the main draw that gets me coming back to Seminyak over and over again.

Don’t miss out on an exceptional holiday
Where to start. I wanted to celebrate my birthday with a couple of key components… something luxurious, plenty of room, a place to bring my friends and family together, close to the many wonderful restaurants in Seminyak and staff to help us achieve all of the above. I found this at Casa Brio. The website depicts the villa exactly as it appears so rest assured you are getting what they advertise. The price is very reasonable (and I did do quite a bit of research). Also the staff at Casa Brio are exceptional and certainly go above and beyond to help you have a relaxing holiday. We often asked them to call and arrange massage therapists, tours and restaurant bookings. Devi will even bargain shop for you. There is a chef at the villa and there are many dishes to choose from. If it’s not on the menu they will do their best to accommodate. We ate breakfast every morning and most lunches with a couple of dinners which worked out to roughly $60-70 per day for a party of 5-7. The inviting temperature and size of the pool meant we spent a great deal of time in the water. There is a car and driver available within reasonable hours and we used this service many times. The driver will even give you the mobile phone to call to be picked up. The staff went all out for my birthday decorating the villa and being part of some surprise visitors. I would also like to add that booking the villa was made extremely easy when dealing with the owners who are located in Singapore. I will definitely be back to Casa Brio

Absolute Heaven
We recently stayed at Casa brio with a group of girlfriends and had the most amazing time. Not only is it in a great locarion to visit all the great restaurants and bars in Seminyak but the villa staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. We all had an absolute ball. Bliss!
Casa Brio is not only beautiful, it is a joy to stay at because of the amazing staff. They are lovely, attentive, kind, fun and very professional. Nothing is too much trouble, and Devi makes great cocktails whilst Made is happy to help with any request – they really make staying at Cass Brio a wonderful experience, especially for a girl’s trip. I’ve been twice now and the villa is gorgeous as per the pictures and it is centrally located but so quiet and tranquil. With full security, amazing food (the Balinese banquet was as good as Sarong, Metis etc), lovely gardens and great service, you really can’t beat Casa Brio. Thanks Davi, Made, and all the staff for a great stay. We will be back!

Thanks for making our first visit to Bali an amazing experience. Everyone was extremely hospitable and pleasant. Special thanks to Devi who ensured everything ran smoothly, from excursions to dinners to massages to make sure we just ate regularly. Compliments to our chef for our various cuisines from Balinese to Western. Service was amazing, any small issue was immediately resolved. The villa exceeded our expectations. We will miss you all.

Stunning! Minutes on foot to the beach and with an incredible design, this villa is a real hidden gem in the hottest location in Bali. Seriously cool and really great services for people who don’t want to do anything or lift a finger.

Seminyak – convenient town location, yet so serene within the compound. 10,000 sqft but feels so much bigger due to established tropical greenery that hides the boundaries of the secure home. The service team is so friendly and professional. House is spotless, so well maintained. The swimming pool is fine for leisurely laps. I am staying as a long-weekend guest of a school friend.

Perfect Little Place for Family Relaxtion
My husband and I have been to Bali numerous times and this place is high up on the list of our favorite places to stay. We went with 2 families with kids ranging from 1.5 to 12 years old and this place suited all age levels not only because of the fabulous pool that had a nice shallow end for the little ones to play but also because they were able to cater to our meals for kids and adults. Service was top-notch — helpful in not only getting transport when needed but also helping to arrange massage services to the villa and picking up food items that we specifically requested. And even tho the villa is staffed for almost all day, they are so discreet that you hardly notice them there. The location of the villa is also great. Only about 10 minutes walking distance to Seminyak and about 8 minutes to the beach, but tucked away to provide total tranquility within the walls. Would definitely recommend this place for families and larger groups!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Brio. To begin with, the villa is very well-designed, well-maintained, and spacious. The location is also convenient, within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. But we enjoy this place so much that we had dinner at the villa twice. The Chef cooks delicious meals (the pork ribs are everyone’s favorite). We only have to pay for the ingredients. All the staff and managers made the villa even more welcoming and cozy. They are attentive and full of initiative. They really make our stay perfect. Elite Havens we appreciate the concierge service.

You will never want to leave
I took my mother and 2 other guests to Casa Brio for her 70th birthday. Villa Casa Brio was a fantastic 7 day experience. Located in a quiet street in Seminyak, the Villa is an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bali. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and the layout of the whole place is just perfect with a brilliant mix of indoor/outdoor living. We ate out a few nights but eventually came to realise that the best food available was that which the in house chef prepared for us. At an average of around $3 a head for breakfast and less than $10 a head for dinner the value for money was insane. Casa Brio has a fantastic 20m+ swimming pool which invites hours of use each day. By far the highlight of Casa Brio is the staff. They were absolutely amazing, the kindest, friendliest and gentlest people you would ever wish to meet – indeed they became our friends and leaving them was as hard as leaving the Villa itself. They catered to our every request and made our holiday an amazing experience. We are truly grateful to them.

What a wonderful place. The villa is fabulous, the weather has been fantastic but the best aspect of all has been the wonderful charming people who looked after us so well. We will certainly come to Bali again, now that we know what a wonderful place it is. Such of relaxing haven to come back to after a day in the heat. Your staff is such a beautiful group of caring and welcoming people. They have catered to our every need. Loved our stay here. We would definitely recommend Casa Brio to friends and family for a very relaxing gateway.

Thank you for a fabulous home away from home holiday to celebrate our 40th birthday. We were all able to totally relax and recharge our batteries. My favourite villa in Seminyak
There are many villas to choose from in Seminyak but I keep going back to Casa Brio because it is so personal and the welcome there is so warm. I have stayed at Casa Brio 4 times over the last 3 years usually on short breaks to Bali with friends from Singapore. Each time I have felt it to be a home away from home, especially because the staff there (Yusa, Devi, Made, Degus and Kadek) welcome me like an old friend every time I go there. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them: they provide really high levels of service and the villa has been immaculate every time I have stayed there. The villa itself is beautifully designed in a modern Balinese style. It has lots of lounging space around the pool and in the breezy living areas and I just love the bathrooms. Perhaps the best thing about Casa Brio is its location – a short walk to all the top restaurants, bars, and clubs in Seminyak (as well as to the beach). But at the same time, the villa is wonderfully quiet and relaxing despite being so close to all the ‘action’!

Dearest Casa Brio staff (Yusa, Made, Devi, Agus, Made, Mia, and all of the amazing staff we didn’t get a chance to meet). we can’t thank you enough for your incredible hospitality. This has been our best vacation yet (and we all have traveled to many countries all over the world). The food (Agus, you are incredible), the service, and the general cleanliness are world-class, and we can’t say enough about how incredibly happy we are. This trip had many smile stories for both our families and we are grateful for you all in helping make it so memorable. We will definitely be back.

The stay at Casa Brio was amazing. The villa is beautiful and very convenient, perfect for 2 families as it has 2 king-size and 2 twin rooms (these can be converted to doubles). The location could not be any better with Seminyak’s happening spots just a few steps away. The staff was very attentive and very friendly, recommending the places to eat and go out to, however without being intrusive. The food prepared by the in-house chef was yummy! Thanks for a great stay! Will be back!
