Living Room
The living room is a beautiful space to enjoy any time of day. During the day, the natural light streaming in through the generous windows beautifully accentuates the white and blue décor, with stretches of polished wood adding a vintage feel. The walls are adorned with inspiring art and the sofas are ladened with beautifully patterned cushions. When it gets dark, the fireplace adds a warm glow to the whole space.
Dining Room
The dining room is fit for hosting a royal feast, with ornate carpets and curtains, rich artwork, and a candle chandelier lending the space a regal air. The beautifully carved dining table can easily seat a group of 10 guests. Or how does a tea service set outside in the garden sound?
Garden & Pool
Chatsworth Estate doesn’t just have a spectacular garden with extensive lawns – the villa is actually surrounded by a working tea estate. Each day here is a pleasure, whether you’re promenading out on the lawns, exploring the tea fields, or enjoying a hot cuppa up on the terrace. The villa doesn’t have a pool but in a setting this stimulating, you really don’t even need one.

Chatsworth Estate Staff
Your stay in Chatsworth Estate is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Chatsworth Estate’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Chatsworth Estate hospitality.
Villa Manager
Chatsworth Estate’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
Location
Chatsworth Estate is located in the lush region of Kandy in central Sri Lanka. Nestled in the small town of Pupuressa, the estate is located inside a working tea estate, surrounded by wild waterfalls and lush tea fields that seem to go on forever. This is a peaceful oasis where you feel wonderfully away from it all and you can pepper your days with leisurely strolls through the tea fields. Central Sri Lanka is known for its natural beauty and historic charm. The picturesque town of Galaha is about 45 minutes away. The drive over takes you through beautiful tea estates and waterfalls. The city of Kandy is about 90 minutes away, while picturesque Nuwara Eliya is about three hours away.

- Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival

- Late check out until 6pm can be arranged at half the rental rate (subject to availability)
