Ginto Hirafu
Ginto Hirafu is a refined community of chalets nestled on the outskirt of Hirafu Village – close to the action but away from the noise, surrounded by peaceful trees. The chalets boast a bold and modern look reminiscent of Scandinavian homes. Each chalet spans two floors and is crowned by a peaked roof. Though the chalets are similar, they boast unique features and slightly different layouts so browse the options below and select the one that most speaks to your group.
Ginto Hirafu Chalets
Ginto Hirafu is home to standalone chalets which offer 3-4 bedrooms each. Surrounded by peaceful forest, the chalets feature beautiful modern architecture that complements the scenery. The interiors are light and contemporary, offering a serene fusion of European design and Japanese aesthetics.
Awayuki
Awayuki is a graceful three-bedroom chalet that’s built over two floors and spans some 223 m2. The chalet is light and airy and features beautiful design elements, textiles and art prints. The ground floor houses a well-designed ski room and laundry facilities, plus an ensuite bedroom and a TV room complete with a kitchenette. The latter two open to a fabulous furnished terrace. The upper floor houses the open plan living and dining room. There are two more bedrooms on this floor, both of them ensuite. For added convenience, this chalet type also has its own garage.

Tsurara
The beautiful Tsurara chalet spans two floors and features three bedrooms. The chalet is about 282 m2 in size and has a few unique features that’ll wow you. The ground floor has a fabulous Japanese bath adjoined by a Finnish sauna – the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. The same floor also houses a fun TV room (complete with a kitchenette), a separate relaxation room with reclining chairs, plus a ski room, a laundry room and one ensuite bedroom. The upper floor houses beautiful living and dining areas with full wall windows. This floor also houses two bedrooms, both with an ensuite bathroom.

Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Location
Ginto Hirafu is located in the Niseko ski region in Hokkaido, Japan. The estate is located in East Hirafu, under a 10-minute drive from the centre of Grand Hirafu. Grand Hirafu is the largest ski resort in Niseko and offers excellent dining and apres-ski fun. East Hirafu in turn is a peaceful and exclusive area where you’ll be neighboured by mature trees and luxury chalets with no through traffic to disrupt your stay. Once you have some wheels, you can hit the slopes with ease as the Grand Hirafu Gondola is just a five-minute drive away and the Hanazono slopes are just a bit further out.
