Goldeneye Villa Living
Goldeneye Villa is hidden away in acres of lush greenery perfect for just you and your chosen secret agents: if these walls could talk, they’d tell tales of artists and writers, spies and seducers. Ian Fleming made up his mind to “only live in Jamaica” and this 3 bedroom, 2 guest house paradise will have you both shaken and stirred with its beachfront and ocean views from all areas.
Living Room
The living room is dashing in style, being classic and refined, with wood furniture and open space as the core assets. Read your favourite spy novel on the long couch or restful armchairs with the cooling seabreeze constantly flowing through the room.
Dining Room
Indulge in a fine meal on the 8-person dining table, only enclosed by indoor palm trees and retro artworks, not to mention a standalone wooden bar bench in case the cocktail mood strikes whilst still having dinner.
At Goldeneye Villa, there are plenty of eating choices once you have built a hunger from saving the world yet again. You can even take up the lovely private options of breakfast served up directly on the verandah of the your suite or a dinner date.
On the water right next to the ocean and just metres from GoldenEye’s refreshing pool, the Bizot Bar is open for relaxed breakfast/lunch dining, and has specialty Jamaican dishes for everyone’s tastes.
The Gazebo is a treehouse-type venue that oozes personality, and overlooks The Lagoon and Low Cay Beach. Complete with restaurant and lounge, grab a sunset cocktail and soak in the sexiness.
Pool and Outdoor Area
There is a unique undulating design in the personal swimming pool, inclusive of a wet bar, fully-stocked with all the lovely rums and top-shelf spirits anyone with a Licence To Kill would need! Two separate staircases are available to take you down to the infamous beach hideaway. Outdoor BBQ dining is an option down by the private beach under the almond trees that Fleming himself planted.
Media room
How about a 64-inch TV, fold-out futon with adjoining shower room next door, and a state-of-the-art sound system to keep the clan entertained?
Goldeneye Villa Bedrooms
Classic and functional – one king, one queen, and two twin beds accordingly all in their separate respective rooms. Signature GoldenEye claw-foot bathtub on the tropical outdoor patios? Check!
The bedrooms are spread across three buildings – the main pavilion, which houses the master suite and two guest bedrooms, Sweet Spot and Pool Room which are two cottages that stand separately.
Master Bedroom
The 007 Bedroom is the newly refurbished master suite. It boasts endless views, an open walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and authentic commanding four-corner poster bed.
The master suite also has Fleming’s original writing desk which he used to pen the James Bond’s’ adventures.
Guest Bedrooms
The 008 and 009 are guest bedrooms which have a queen-size bed and two large twin beds. Both have a large, lush tropical garden patio which houses the signature GoldenEye claw foot tubs.
Pool House
The Pool House is your own Bond villain lair, complete with outdoor tropical shower, and access to the private pool for when you want a relaxing dip. This separate cottage is built into the natural landscape and comes furnished with custom designed furniture as well as other accessories such as a Bodum coffee press with fresh Blue Mountain Jamaican coffee.
The pool house can accommodate 2 adult guests and an infant crib on request.
Sweet Spot
Sweet Spot the newly built guest cottage. It comes complete with custom-designed furniture, massive walk-in closet and indoor/outdoor bathroom facilities with double sinks and rain shower. Sweet Spot overlooks the Caribbean Sea and is also seamlessly built into its natural surroundings.
Similar to the Pool House, Sweet Spot can accommodate two guests and an infant crib upon request.
Goldeneye Villa Layout
Goldeneye Villa is practically an island to itself secluded from the rest of the world, catering to those looking for extreme privacy. You have your own beach, pool, gardens and staff. You are removed from it all but you’re given an option to walk over to GoldenEye for spas, cocktails or dinner.
The romantic atmosphere at Goldeneye Villa is palpable, a very relaxing vibe and you’ll feel the 007 inspiration that still seems to linger.

Your stay in Goldeneye Villa is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Goldeneye Villa’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Villa Manager
Goldeneye Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

The villa’s skilled private chef will be able to accommodate any type of meal request, taking into consideration any special request or dietary requirements you may have.

What a special place. Surrounded by nature, beaches , beautiful pools and wonderful helpful and kind staff. We stayed in hut 43. Perfect with balcony over the water and spectacular sunsets. Amazing place – don’t miss the Field Spa!
This is our second visit to GoldenEye and we plan to make it a yearly tradition. We love everything about this place—the setting, atmosphere, amazing staff, activities, food… and we just had the pleasure of visiting the Field Spa for two of the best massages we’ve ever had. Great vibe at Goldeneye
Goldeneye is a special place – the location is gorgeous with so many great spots to explore and swim. The resort makes it easy to be active, you can snorkel, kayak or paddle anytime in the most beautiful waters surrounding the property. We loved the vibe – great music playing all the time with such friendly and helpful staff. If you like laid-back luxury and relaxing without crowds, Goldeneye is perfection. The spa is wonderful too.

Fun in paradise
Attended a wedding at this beautiful location. It was wonderful. The food was delicious. The service was great. The employees seemed genuinely happy and easily engaged with guests which was fun. Such a friendly jovial place. Toilet had some issues and water wasn’t always hot but that was it complaint wise. We had great swims and sunsets. Forgot to use the tennis courts. Bed was comedy and air conditioning was welcomed and powerful.

Incredible wedding venue, healing massages, magical all around
We attended a wedding here, and it was the most incredible experience. I’ve traveled around the world and have honestly never experienced anything yet like Golden Eye. The property is amazing, and within 24 hours I was in complete relax mode. THE FOOD was all from a local farm and the most fresh I had ever experienced, I couldn’t believe how good the snapper was! A highlight for me was massages from Karen and Jackie in the spa. I have suffered with chronic pain for 20+ years, and this was the first time I was able to get trigger point pain resolved. I wish I could take them home in my suitcase, there is no massage that compares! I need to come back for the massages alone, they were healing. We rarely return to the same resort twice and Jamaica was never on our list — but I will be back, and am counting down the days.

A trio of a lifetime!
We were at Goldeneye in February and had the most incredible experience of our life. What a bucket list trip! Goldeneye is not only one of the most beautiful and charming places you’ll ever be at, but the service and staff and community makes you feel like you’re part of a warm family. I want to give a special thanks to Nataskei. She couldn’t have been more kind, more gracious, and more wonderful during our stay . I couldn’t wait to see her at dinner and at lunch because she was so fun and so lovely to be around. My husband’s birthday was that week and the whole staff, including Nataskai and Kevin made us feel so special. Kevin was also a rockstar and so sweet during our stay. We plan to make Goldeneye part of our yearly vacations because you can’t ask for a better place on earth to be. Thank you, Chris Blackwell for making a paradise for us. The whole experience was so greatly appreciated We feel grateful to now be a part of the Goldeneye family!!

One of the best spots in Jamaica
Chris Blackwell certainly knew what he was doing when he decided to expand the Goldeneye property into cottages and beach huts. The place is still charming and never feels crowded and, even on a rainy day, can still provide good settings and good spots to relax. The swimming on Button Beach is great, the food is good, the service friendly and impeccable. This is luxury, Jamaican style! Our beach ut which had an additional downstairs space with a kitchenette, dining area extra bathroom and relaxing couches was particularly lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

One Love in Jamaica

We just spent a sublime eight nights at GoldenEye in one of the charming and beautifully architected Beach Huts. We have traveled to a dozen islands and many resorts throughout the Caribbean, and this was among our best experiences. We give Goldeneye five stars for many reasons including: the extraordinary natural beauty of the setting; the unique feeling of privacy, peace, and serenity; the genuine warmth and professionalism of every staff member who we met; and most of all the authentic and unmistakable Jamaica vibe! The iconic music producer and owner of GoldenEye, Chris Blackwell has poured his love of Jamaica into this resort, and you can feel it in every nook and cranny. It emanates soul! We love that every text from the staff ends with One Love or 1❤️. That says it all!

Goldeneye Jamacia
Stayed at this fabulous resort for 7 nights in cottage 20 (beachfront) between the 6th -13th September 2023.This resort is amazing, set in the most gorgeous seafront and gardens location. It was very quiet, in a good way, which we absolutely loved, with a feeling that we were on a desert island alone. The staff were amazing, very attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend Goldeneye to couples, but not necessarily for young children. This is a barefoot holiday, relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet, enjoying kayaking around the beautiful coastline lagoon, with Donald. A nice surprise to have Brushy One String performing at the restaurant. A big shout out to all the staff who looked after us during our stay, especially Anieka, Marlon and Nakita.

Birthday Trip
Last minute stay and the experience was terrific. The property is quite unique and exactly what I needed. I had a wonderful spa day for my birthday, the best massage I’ve had in a very long time. The Staff is also super friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Avid at reception and Pops for taking me to the airport. The only downside to this property is the food and frankly the prices. $14 cocktails and the Jamaican food offerings, are disappointing. I wanted to buy a bottle of Blackwell rum and the cost was $70 USD. The same bottle of rum was available at my local liquor store in Chicago for $27. I was completely shocked by the prices, no different than dining in Chicago or many large cities.

The answer is YES. I was looking for a fun & relaxing place to go on a solo trip, and I had the most magical time at Goldeneye. It’s the perfect mix of luxury and actually feeling like you are in a distinct other culture. There are activities (guided snorkeling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, tennis, Jamaican herbal tea ceremony, yoga, etc.) but it’s also easy to lose yourself in the amazing ocean and cool areas of the property. The music and the food are incredible. The spa is amazing–I highly recommend Lyndale for deep pressure & energy work. Also, you MUST request Pops to pick you up from the airport. He is so nice, knowledgable and just cool…he will definitely add to your trip and he can take you on special outings should you decide to leave the paradise of Goldeneye.

Fantastic Stay at GoldenEye!
If you are looking for a low-key experience in Jamaica where you can truly enjoy a secluded paradise, this is the place. The GoldenEye is not for those looking for an all inclusive party atmosphere. It is a quiet hideaway with just enough of a nod to its history, without being too precious. The snorkeling off the property was fabulous and should not be missed. Hard to find fault with anything! One note: They do allow children, so call or email ahead if you prefer a quieter villa.

Laurel, the best guide
I don’t usually write hotel reviews but I had to give special acknowledgement and praise to Laurel, our guide and driver. Even though we only met her the day before our departure, she made our whole trip worth it. Laurel took us around, with love and kindness, and showed us the Jamaica I had been looking to see; the best local food and markets, the most beautiful places to see, etc. She is very knowledgeable (with over 20 years at Goldeneye) and we learned a lot from her on the history of the area and more. We were leaving the next morning and one of her colleagues had been scheduled to take us to the airport, she remembered that I was looking for a sea shell to take back and made sure to call us to give us the instructions of where to go to get it and wish us farewell. That’s how special she is. She really is the best! I wish we had met her right when we got there, and I will be following her recommendations for our next trip to Jamaica. So I will just end with make sure to get her as early in your trip as possible!

Golden Eye in Jamaica.
Our stay at Golden Eye was fantastic! I’ve been in the hospitality business for 45 years and I can only say great things about our experience there. The food was fresh, well prepared and delicious. The service couldn’t have been better as well. We stayed at one of their beach huts, which was really comfortable and very nicely appointed. The resort self is on really beautiful grounds and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Interested in enjoying time in Jamaica.

Excellence in low key luxury
We had a wonderful stay at Golden Eye. They do alot right and could improve on a few very small things. First off, our beach hut was adorable. The bed/sheets were very comfortable and everything was working and clean. The beaches/pools are serene and well kept and the service is good.
The food is expensive but well done. They should/could open up a little commissary with snacks for kids in the afternoon and/or recommend to guests to stop at a market on the way as there is a full refrigerator in the rooms! They don’t really have snack options other that minibar stuffs or ordering from the restaurant. The people are what make this place so special. Romaine was a gem. Always smiling and kind and willing to help out. Joseph our driver was a fountain of knowledge and Marlon and Omar in water services were great. I highly recommend.
