The living areas are light and airy, with a scenic balcony running the full width of the room. You can choose between four luminous bedrooms, including a cool bunk room that’s great for kids and adults alike. The chalet has a total of three bathtubs – the perfect excuse to enjoy a relaxing soak after scaling the slopes at nearby Annupuri (less than five minutes away) or further out at Grand Hirafu or Niseko Village (about 15 minutes). Hiiragi Living
From inside out, Hiiragi feels effortlessly stylish. The chalet’s grey exterior is in perfect harmony with the surrounding birch trees which are in turn beautifully framed by the property’s extensive windows. The rooms are light, modern and elegantly styled without forgoing convenience. The entrance is very thoughtfully designed (taking you seamlessly from the garage to the ski room and then to the entrance) and the impossibly sleek kitchen is stocked with all the latest appliances. All in all, Hiiragi makes for a very sumptuous stay in one of the prettiest corners of Niseko.
Living Room
The living areas take up much of the chalet’s upper floor with full wall windows flooding the space with natural light. The room extends to a generous balcony which makes the room feel all the more spacious. The lounge area is dominated by two elegant grey sofas angled toward a large flatscreen TV that’s mounted on an Aegean blue statement wall.
Dining Room
A chic and angular dining table sits at the centre of the living room, separating the lounge area from the open plan kitchen. The dining area is also framed by large windows offering the chalet’s signature silver birch tree views. The adjoining kitchen is sleek, modern and fitted with European appliances and extensive kitchenware.
Hiiragi Bedrooms
Hiiragi features four bedrooms. The bedrooms are light, airy and modern and they are spread over two floors: two on the ground floor and two upstairs. Three rooms come with king beds while one features two sets of bunk beds.

This room is located downstairs on the ground floor. The room features a king-sized bed and benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom is lavishly appointed with a bathtub, shower, dual sinks and a toilet.

Also housed downstairs, this room is located next to the first bedroom. This room features a king-sized bed though this can also be converted into two singles if needed. This is a jack and jill bathroom which can also be accessed from the hallway.

Hiiragi Layout
Hiiragi is a four-bedroom chalet that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses two bedrooms, ski storage space and a double garage. The upper floor houses the living and dining areas, a generous balcony and two more bedrooms.

Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Location
Hiiragi is located in Niseko, Japan. The chalet sits in a peaceful locale just 200 metres from the Annupuri ski resort entrance: you can drive over in less than five minutes. Hiiragi is surrounded by peaceful forest yet it’s easily accessible from Route 343 – the main thoroughfare connecting the four ski resorts that make up Niseko United. While Annupuri is the closest resort, Niseko Village and Grand Hirafu are also within a 15-minute drive. The Moiwa ski resort is also just five minutes from the chalet but note that this resort is not part of Niseko United so you will need a separate ski pass to access the slopes. To explore the area with ease, we recommend renting a car. Luckily, the chalet comes with a spacious double garage.
