Iori Niseko Estate
Iori Niseko’s twin chalets sit just north of the Country Resorts development, down an isolated road that snakes out of Lower Hirafu Village and into the river valley below. With acclaimed architect Makoto Nakayama involved in the design, each chalet cuts an impressive silhouette in the snowy backdrop – stark and geometric, belying warm and elegant interiors.
Iori Niseko 1
Iori Niseko 1 features four bedrooms. The décor echoes the calm elegance of the chalet with light neutral tones and uncluttered spaces creating the ideal conditions for restorative sleep. There is plenty of flexibility here to accommodate different groups. Three rooms feature king-sized beds though two of these can be converted into two singles if needed. For even more flexibility, one bedroom features bunk beds which make it ideal for kids or teenagers.

The first bedroom features full wall windows looking out to the snow. The room has a king-sized bed and a generous desk/storage space that runs the full length of one wall. The closets offer additional storage space. The ensuite bathroom features a bathtub, shower, vanity and toilet.

Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Location
Iori Niseko is located on the outer edge of Hirafu Village in Niseko, Japan. This is a serene, forest bound setting away from the noise yet within easy reach of Niseko’s best ski slopes, pubs and restaurants. You can reach Hirafu’s ACE family quad lift in just a five-minute drive and the same goes for all the delicious restaurants and fun apres-ski pubs waiting in lively Hirafu Village. If you feel like exploring further afield, the Niseko Village and Annupuri ski resorts are within a 10-15 minute drive. Both are also accessible with the Niseko All Mountain Pass – score!

OMG! This villa is incredible and honestly the photo’s don’t do it justice as it’s a new build and yet to take photo’s over winter. Stunning villa with interesting tea room with a glass wine cellar. Kids will love the double bunk room and adults will love the views of Yotei.
