Jade Rabbit exudes an effortless grace and elegance that perfectly matches its beautiful surroundings in Niseko. This streamlined chalet occupies a plot at the prestigious Pavilions Estate where the real star of the show is obviously the nature that surrounds. As you move through the property, you’re constantly reminded of Niseko’s unique beauty thanks to floor to ceiling windows looking out to the snow – or the lush green forest during the summer months. The interiors allow the views to take centre stage, focusing on calm hues, luxe materials and a sublime level of comfort that never goes out of style.

Living Room

The living room is a light and elegant space located on the chalet’s upper floor. This elevated position allows for an endless stream of natural light and beautiful views looking over the surrounding forest. The room is dominated by a massive L-shaped sofa which is big enough to seat a full entourage. The seating area centres around a coffee table, with armchairs providing space for even more guests.

Dining Room

Just as the living areas, the dining room is thoughtfully positioned on the upper floor to maximise the views. Featuring textured herringbone floors, the dining area is flanked by full wall windows on two sides, providing views of the surrounding woodlands. The dining table itself is a sleek and modern timber number surrounded by matching chairs. The dining area is adjoined by a meticulously designed kitchen which centres around an island counter and offers all the creature comforts you could ask for.

Media Room

The chalet’s media room is the perfect place to cosy up for a movie night when the weather outside is frightful. Besides a sumptuously large sofa and generously sized smart TV, the media room also features a gas fireplace.

Jade Rabbit features five bedrooms. The décor in all five rooms is cool, calm and collected, with large windows providing ample natural light and lovely views of the surrounding landscape. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor, each furnished with either a king-sized bed or two singles – your choice. The fifth bedroom is positioned upstairs and features a fixed king-sized bed. All bedrooms are adjoined by an ensuite bathroom.

Jade Rabbit is a five-bedroom chalet that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses four bedrooms, a laundry room and a standalone bathroom with a Japanese bath. The upper floor houses the living and dining areas, kitchen, media room and one bedroom.

Villa Manager

The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.

Jade Rabbit is located in a serene and upscale enclave just outside bustling Grand Hirafu in Niseko, Japan. Located at the Pavilions Estate, Jade Rabbit is neighboured by other luxury properties and surrounded by unspoilt natural beauty. This is a wonderful setting to play around in the snow, admire the fall foliage or drink in Niseko’s lush green season. The main throughfare is about 600 metres from the chalet where you’ll also find a few great restaurants – try Kanpai for shabu-shabu or L’ocanda for Italian fare. Hirafu’s ski lifts are about a 5 – 10-minute drive away. The same goes for all the great restaurants and pubs waiting in the heart of the village. The Hanazono ski resort is also just 10 minutes away.
