Katoni Villa Living
Katoni Villa captures the very essence of easy breezy island life. The villa is beautifully positioned right on the water’s edge and those stairs leading down to your own beach feel very indulgent. The villa offers amazing opportunity to enjoy Lembongan’s laidback lifestyle to the fullest. You can do yoga on the rooftop terrace, float around your dreamy swimming pool, enjoy alfresco meals either by the pool or right by the beach (your choice!) and cap off the day gathered around a beachside firepit. Talk about living the dream!
Living Room
The open plan living room offers a refreshing break from the tropical elements. Polished hardwood floors and rattan details lend the space a bohemian feel, while bifold doors allow almost one full wall to open towards the pool. The wow piece is the U-shaped sofa which hugs the walls seamlessly, its sleek grey design beautifully juxtaposed by sunny yellow-striped cushions. Another breezy place to hang out is the upper floor terrace with its yellow sofas and seemingly endless views of the ocean. This is also an incredibly scenic and serene spot for practicing yoga.
Dining Room
Katoni Villa has one of the coolest dining areas around! Nestled right by the pool, the thatched roof pergola features a fabulous sunken dining area. A long wooden table is surrounded by a long bench on either side, allowing the whole group to dine together alfresco. If you prefer, you can also dine indoors. The villa’s kitchen is incorporated to the open plan living room, with a white kitchen island offering a great setting for relaxed meals and lazy breakfasts. Of course, the most atmospheric and romantic place to dine is right by the water where you’ll find a round dining table surrounded by eight chairs and lit up by a beautiful woven lantern, all framed by blissful views of the ocean lagoon.
Garden & Pool
Katoni Villa captures the best of all worlds. The villa is framed by Balinese gardens with vibrant trees and exotic flowers giving an irresistible taste of the tropics. A gorgeous 19-metre pool runs from the pool towards the beach, allowing guests to admire the picture-perfect scenery while cooling off in the pool. The villa also includes a 2-metre long shallow area which is 20cm deep for the littles ones to enjoy. Next to the pool is another beautifully Balinese feature: a thatched roof pavilion that doubles as an alfresco dining room. Moving closer to the beach, you will discover a sunken firepit and another outdoor dining area followed by a staircase that leads you down to a “secret” beach waiting right below.
Katoni Villa Bedrooms
Katoni Villa features four bedrooms. The bedrooms reflect the easy breezy island style of the villa and indeed, of Nusa Lembongan itself. Three rooms are furnished with dreamy canopy beds and adjoined by ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom features two single beds, making it ideal for kids, teens or adults who prefer not to share a bed.

The first bedroom is located on the upper floor of the main house. It offers spectacular views of the pool and out to the ocean. The room is furnished with a king-sized four-poster bed and a fabulous nest chair. The ensuite bathroom features a shower, vanity and toilet.

The fourth bedroom has a bohemian feel to it. It features white walls and linen, with rattan and natural wood adding that boho chic twist. The room has two single beds. There is no ensuite bathroom, so you’ll need to share with one of the other bedrooms. However there is an attached toilet.

Katoni Villa is a four-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The main house looks over a 19-metre-long swimming pool that’s flanked by a generous pergola. There is also a sunken lounge area and an alfresco dining table close to the pool, followed by stairs that lead down to the beach.

Your stay in Katoni Villa is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Katoni Villa staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Katoni Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.

Katoni Villa is located on the tropical island of Nusa Lembongan in Indonesia. Nusa Lembongan is a petite island located just off the coast of Bali. Administratively and culturally, Nusa Lembongan is a part of Bali and the two islands are separated by a breezy 30-minute boat ride. Still, Nusa Lambongan does have a unique magic all its own. Life on Lembongan moves in relaxed island time. You can spend your days snorkelling, island hopping – or simply relaxing on the beach or by your private villa pool. Katoni Villa is located beachfront on the southern coast of the island, directly on the lagoon that separates Nusa Lembongan from Nusa Ceningan. Guests enjoy direct access to a “secret” beach and are treated to beautiful views of the lagoon and local seaweed farmers wading in the water.

Just finished our 9 night stay and loved it. Great Villa and really great staff. From the moment we walked in and greeted by Rosa and then the staff headed up by another Rosa we felt welcome and special.
What you see in all the photos is exactly what you get. The view throughout the day is just stunning. With the Seaweed farms at your doorstep there is always something to keep you interested and amazed.
Location was perfect for us, not too touristy, easy enough to get to all parts of the island, shortcut along the beach at low tide made walking to a number of facilities easy. Taxis efficient on some harsh terrain.
My key takeaway from the visit is don’t be afraid to explore early, the terrain and humidity can make it off putting but once you get used to the island you realise how close everything really is.
Must do if you have never been to NL before.

Great location, the villa is incredibly beautiful and clean with amazing views of the algae plantation, truly delightful to watch the locals in the morning collecting the algae. Absolutely slow living at its best! With so many different spaces and amenities, the villa would be amazing for several couples to enjoy OR in our case it provided both retreat and respite for a couple of parents and our kids. The villa is located perhaps on a ‘quiet’ side of the island, however in my opinion the direct access to and views of the seaweed farms were the best! Having private access to hiring a buggy each day made exploring the beaches, mangroves, busy streets and delicious restaurants an adventure. The villa staff were wonderful and the unwavering happiness of island locals sent us home content. All the best Katoni Villa, we will love to come again.

Our first stay at Villa Katoni was in late summer of 2022. We loved it so much that we returned with some friends in November 2023. The villa was just perfect, as we remembered, and the offer of services proposed by the staff got even better. They arranged for us spa treatments and diving excursions to different places in both Lembongan and Nusa Penida. They also arranged for us a Balinese dinner from a nice local chef, that we ate in the garden while admiring the ocean and the seaweed farms. As we said in 2022, we will certainly return… again!! ;-)

We had the chance to spend a weekend at Villa Katoni, a real little paradise. The location is just great, quiet, opposite the lagoon with the waves breaking on the coral reef in the distance. Small beach for swimming where only fishermen come. Large swimming pool ideal for doing laps, a garden for those who like greenery and open air. The space is open, you don’t feel cramped like in other villas. Beautiful rooms with very nice bathrooms and refined decoration. And, attentive service from Kadek who does its best to meet all your expectations..
