Designed by A49 Architects, Kelapa House is truly one of a kind. It somehow manages to both stand out and blend in with its gorgeous tropical surroundings. Most of the rooms are framed by full wall glass so you feel a constant connection with nature, while plush furnishings from B&B Italia will make even the snobbiest travellers swoon. This villa was made for the modern traveller – there’s even a stylish office space for those lucky enough to work remotely.

Living Room

It’s a tough choice – will you stay glued to the gorgeous views or the huge flatscreen TV? Luckily, you won’t have to choose as the villa’s epic living room has both. The space has a sky-high ceiling, and the full wall windows only add to that luminous feel. There’s a large beige sofa to relax on and with the TV hooked up to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime, no one will be starved for entertainment. The TV also has Sonos Bluetooth speakers, and the room comes with an LG sound system to boot.

Dining Room

It’s hardly surprising that this stunner of a villa comes with two gorgeous dining areas. The first one is located in the living room where a stunning glass dining table sits surrounded by 10 elegant chairs. Alternatively, you can dine out on the poolside terrace where you’ll find a long dining table framed by the villa’s signature ocean views.

Media Room

Ready, set, stream! Kelapa House has a fabulous media room fitted with a long, plush sofa and a huge high-definition screen. The room has a cool narrow design, with one full-wall window framing gorgeous vistas of the ocean bay.

Gym

Thanks to the villa’s fitness room, keeping up with your fitness regime will be easy. The gym is fitted with top-of-the-line Technogym equipment allowing you to engage in some cardio, lift weights, and do some stretching. The adjoining sauna is the perfect place to relax after a workout.

Spa

Located at the bottom of this cascading property, the spa room offers the most soothing setting for massages and spa treatments. Surrounded by greenery and graced with ocean views, the spa room features two massage beds.

Garden & Pool

Named after the swaying trees that surround it (kelapa means coconut in the Malay language), Kelapa House is a true treetop sanctuary. Built high on a hilltop, the villa lets you gaze down upon this paradise island and enjoy sweeping views of the ocean glimmering beyond. There is no better place to take in the scenery than the villa’s sleek saltwater infinity pool. The 17-metre-long pool features a shallow area for the kids and even has a glass panel that allows you to enjoy the views from underwater! The pool is framed by the most scenic sun deck dotted with four sun beds.

Kelapa House features four bedrooms. The bedrooms are sleek and modern, and they all offer sweeping views of the ocean. The bedrooms feature either king or queen-sized beds and they are adjoined by an ensuite bathroom each. Two of the rooms are located in the main house, while the other two occupy a neighbouring building and share access to a guest lounge area and pantry located upstairs.

Kelapa House is a four-bedroom villa that’s built over four levels. The top floor is the entrance level and houses the living and dining areas, kitchen, and pool. The ground floor houses four bedrooms and the villa’s gym. The lower ground floor houses the media room, while the floor below features the spa room.

Your stay in Kelapa House is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Kelapa House’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Thai hospitality.

Villa Manager

Kelapa House’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
