KINOKAWA

Kinokawa is the perfect chalet to retreat to in the heart of winter. The chalet’s living areas offer endless opportunity to gather up and have fun as a group – or steal away when you need a little quiet time. The double (or is it triple?) height ceiling makes the living areas feel majestic, and the beautifully placed windows help bring the winter wonderland in. This chalet was designed for maximum comfort, with plush living areas, all ensuite bedrooms, and that luxe Japanese bath all ensuring a seamless stay in the pow capital of the world.

Living Room

Kinokawa offers oodles of space to kick back, relax, and soak in the views and ambiance. The main living area is positioned on the ground floor, with an open floor plan and a double height ceiling introducing an incredible sense of space. This lofty space features two seating areas. One is a beautiful arrangement of sofas, ottomans, and armchairs positioned before the statement windows. The other is a more relaxed nook where you can all gather up on the large grey sofa and binge on your favourite movies. If those two options are not enough, there’s also a third seating area upstairs. It’s a relaxed lounge area with a sofa and work desk – a great spot for clearing out the old inbox.

Dining Room

The dining area benefits from the same sensational setup as the living room: sky high ceilings and beautiful windows looking out to the forest. The glass topped dining table is surrounded by elegant high back chairs. Behind the dining area is the chalet’s sleek open plan kitchen where you’ll find all the appliances and cutlery you’ll need during your stay.

Kinokawa features five bedrooms. The bedrooms are elegantly styled using light neutral tones, with unique textiles and artwork bringing a unique twist into each space. All rooms feature king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms – a rare find in Niseko. For added flexibility, three of the beds can be converted into two single beds if needed.

Kinokawa is a five-bedroom chalet that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas, one ensuite bedroom, a standalone Japanese bath, and an extensive terrace, with the garage, ski room and laundry room also located on this floor. The upper floor houses four ensuite bedrooms and a lounge area. Kinokawa is part of the Country Resort estate.

Property Manager

The estate’s experienced and knowledgeable property manager is responsible for the overall operation of each chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
