LA RESIDENCE ANAM

La Residence Anam offers cool, glam and relaxed living in the tropics. These two villas feel irresistibly Balinese, but with a fresh modern twist. Each of the four-bedroom villas works great on its own – but where these villas really shine is when you book them both together to create a huge, eight- bedroom mansion that can host all of your favourite people on that once-in-a-lifetime trip to Bali.

Living Room

In each of the villas, the living room is a wonderful airy space that takes up most of the ground floor. Crowned with a sky-high cathedral ceiling and connecting fluidly to the poolside terrace, this is the villa’s social hub – a relaxing place where you can get together and enjoy the villa and each other’s company to the fullest. There’s a dove grey sofa and matching chairs to relax on, with one statement wall depicting a jungle scene adding to the room’s tropical appeal.

Dining Room

The dining area is a fluid extension of the lounge, with the whole space seamlessly connecting to the pool and garden. This means you can keep the conversation going between people relaxing on the sofas, those enjoying the pool, and the members of your group still lingering around the dining table. And speaking of the dining table – this is a beautiful timber number which can easily seat a group of eight on modern wicker dining chairs, with large statement lanterns illuminating the space after dark. The dining areas extends to an open-plan kitchen fitted with all the gadgets and cutlery you might need, including a Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers.

Garden

Thanks to the villa’s open-plan design, the lines between indoor and outdoor living become deliciously blurred – a hallmark of lush tropical living. The living areas are fluidly connected to the villa’s beautiful blue swimming pool, which is in turn framed by luscious tropical plants. A traditional Balinese shrine adds another beautiful element to this lush tableau. The pool features a shallow section where you can chill out with a drink in hand, with two sets of stairs providing ease of access. The pool is surrounded by four well-sized sunbeds and two ample parasols that ensure you always have a choice between sun and shade.

Each of the villas features four bedrooms. The bedrooms are decorated in modern tropical style with large jungle murals framing king-sized beds. Each room features an ensuite bathroom and offers access to a private balcony or directly to the poolside terrace. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two rooms are housed upstairs.

La Residence Anam is a pair of four-bedroom villas. Each villa features a private swimming pool and comprises of two storeys. The ground floor houses open plan living and dining areas and two bedrooms. The upper floor houses two more bedrooms. The two villas can be booked individually or together to create an eight-bedroom estate for larger groups.

Villa Manager

La Residence Anam’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
