From the get-go, guests at Majestic Design Villa are ushered into an exquisitely modern take on lavish Thai style. Step though the traditional Thai doorway painted a crisp shade of white and take a moment to pause by the pool, uniquely covered in red tiles and surrounded by matching furniture. The two-storey property hugs the pool in a generous L-shape. At every turn, guests are treated to bursts of creativity with pop-art and contemporary furniture, making this beachside property one in a million.

Living Room

With its plush red sofas and wall-length murals set against a sleek white backdrop, the villa’s spacious living room would look right at home at the Factory of Andy Warhol. The vast windows open out into the patio, flooding the space with light, while the 53-inch plasma TV will keep guests entertained on a rainy day.

Dining Room

Sharing the same space with the lavish living room sits the villa’s dining table. The circular wooden table is surrounded by six uniquely sculpted chairs, with a pop-art inspired Pepsi poster and stylised head of the Buddha striking a vivid contrast. The villa’s kitchen echoes the modern splendour of the property with state-of-the-art appliances catering to your every culinary whim. For alfresco feasts, the villa offers a shaded poolside table.

Garden & Pool

The villa’s red-tiled pool is perfectly in sync with the property’s unique appeal, with a cascading water feature adding a dose of timeless tropical beauty. The poolside patio features white sunbeds and pops of bright red echoing the hues of the pool. The pool area is shaded by towering palm trees, which also ensure luxurious privacy from the outside world.

Majestic Design Villa offers three bedrooms lavishly sleeping up to six guests. One of the rooms is located on the ground floor, offering guests direct access to the pool, with two additional rooms located upstairs. Each room features a dream-soft double bed and in keeping with the estate’s artful design, a completely unique décor.

The poolside bedroom is a vision in white, with a single wall in a flaming shade of red making all the statement needed. The second bedroom is focused on a pop-art painting working as a striking headboard. The third bedroom has a monochromatic design with a huge cartoon-inspired mural adding a unique twist. Each room features a flatscreen TV and a bespoke sound system.

Each bedroom is adjoined by an ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms offer an oasis of calm with a snow-white design complete with a generous shower enclosure and a lavish bathtub. One bathroom features a decadent bonus with a giant jacuzzi tub.

Villa Manager

Majestic Design Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Majestic Design Villa is located on the foothills of Pratumnak Hill in Pattaya, with the beach beckoning a mere 800 metres from your doorstep. The villa is enclosed in a gated community, providing guests with a soothing sense of privacy. Pratumnak Hill is home to restaurants, bars and boutiques, which are all easily accessed by foot. The famous Pattaya Walking Street is two-minute car ride away, while Jomtien Beach can be reached in five minutes. Majestic Design Villa is one hour away from U-Tapao International Airport.
