Maya Anda Villa was designed to impress on all levels. The location alone would make this a jaw-dropping villa, with hilltop vistas gazing over the seemingly endless Andaman Sea. The masterful design by Gary Fell makes the most of those million-dollar views, with all living areas and each of the 11 bedrooms promising sensational sea views. The villa focuses on clean lines and high-end materials which allow the stunning antique décor to really come into its own. With rooms spread over four floors and views that seem to go on forever, Maya Anda Villa offers a luxurious sense of space and an exclusive feel of privacy, with an enviable address right above sought-after Surin Beach.

Living Room

The living room is a lavish space housed on the third floor of this four-storey villa. A full wall of the room is taken up by glass doors which can be left open to enjoy breezy indoor/outdoor living by pool, or closed when you wish to cool off with the AC on. The room is dominated by a massive dove grey sofa dotted with aqua blue pillows. The space includes extravagant design elements, most notably the large fishpond built to the back of the room. The room also features stunning antique pieces, including beautiful wood carvings and majestic stone statues. A few steps from the sofa is a lounge area with a billiard table and a wine cellar – all the more reason to forget about the world outside and simply stay in.

Dining Room

Incorporated to the luxuriously large living room is the villa’s massive dining table that’s perfect for enjoying relaxed meals or indulging in elaborate gourmet feasts. The dining table is crafted from a single slab of wood and surrounded by two long bench seats. Again, the space can be left open to enjoy alfresco dining or closed when you prefer to dine in air-conditioned comfort – whichever you prefer. Located close by on the same floor is the villa’s sleek, all-white kitchen decked out with all the latest appliances. If you don’t feel like cooking, don’t worry – the villa’s chef will be more than happy to cater to you and your entourage.

Cinema

Maya Anda Villa features one of the best private cinema rooms found in any villa. The 18-seater cinema features plush cinema seats set over three rows, with a projector and a large screen providing a larger-than-life cinematic experience. The setup includes a top-of-the-line sound system, with Netflix, a DVD player and karaoke gear available as well.

Gym

The villa features an impeccably well-equipped private gym, complete with a cross trainer, treadmill, punching bag, free weights, yoga balls, adjustable bench, stationary bike and more. The room is air-conditioned and features generous windows and ample mirrors. The gym is located right next to the spa – perfect for enjoying a post-workout massage or steam.

Spa

The massage rooms at Maya Anda Villa really do resemble your very own private spa. The spa room features four massage beds divided by curtains, allowing multiple guests to enjoy a massage at the same time while also maintaining privacy. The spa facilities also include a steam room and a sauna, with a shower and toilet located to the back of the room.

Pool

The villa’s sleek infinity pool is a real showstopper, stretching the full length of the villa and offering sublime views of the Andaman Sea. The pool is lined with a row of sun loungers – perfectly poised for drinking in the views while working on your tan. The pool is bookended by a fabulous shaded lounge area featuring more sunbeds, a relaxed seating area with beanbags and a full bar setup. One floor above you will find another terrace offering seemingly endless views of the aqua blue ocean. This is the perfect spot for marvelling at Phuket’s iconic sunsets.

Maya Anda Villa features 11 bedrooms. All bedrooms boast fresh modern décor with pristine white linen, sleek modern furniture, subtle antique pieces and exposed concrete walls. All rooms feature full wall windows looking out towards the ocean. The bedrooms are spread over three floors and each one is adjoined by an ensuite bathroom. Nine rooms are furnished with a king-sized bed and two bedrooms come with two single beds each.

Maya Anda Villa is an 11-bedroom villa that’s built over four levels. The ground floor houses five bedrooms. The first floor houses the cinema, gym and spa facilities, along with four bedrooms. The second floor is the main entrance level which houses the living and dining areas and the villa’s infinity pool which is surrounded by generous outdoor living areas. The top floor houses two more bedrooms and the villa’s rooftop terrace. The villa is located at the Surin Heights estate, a gated community of private luxury villas.

Villa Manager

Maya Anda Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare five dishes served family style from their menu, which caters to Western, Asian, vegetarian, as well as dietary requirements. The chef limits the number of dishes so they can cater to a large group.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate

If you want to explore other parts of the island, high-end Kamala and lively Patong are 10 and 30 minutes away, respectively.
