A beach villa like no other, Nisala Villas is made up of four beautifully-linked pavilions that connect living spaces with a striking 20-metre-long infinity pool, a fully-equipped gym, state-of-the-art jacuzzi and five spacious bedrooms. Located on a spectacular headland on the beach, every window, door, balcony, verandah and deck in the villa across multiple levels offer great views of the breathtaking surrounding nature and jaw-dropping vistas of the southern coastline of Sri Lanka.

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Set in the exclusive and private enclave of Nisala Villas, the villa is just a ten-minute drive from the laidback village of Mirissa. Located on the south coast of Sri Lanka, the villa offers complete privacy but with direct access onto an almost-deserted beach just for you and your chosen companions. The closest city to go and visit is nearby Matara, and you can also access the colonial city of Galle Fort and its spectacular historic beaches in around 45 minutes by car.
