Off Piste Chalet Overview
Off Piste Chalet is a fresh and modern ski abode located in the relaxed St Moritz community of chalets just outside Hirafu Village in Niseko, Japan. Built over three levels, the chalet boasts full wall windows which flood the top-floor living areas with natural light and snow covered views. The furnishings are clean cut and contemporary, with three well-designed bedrooms adjoined by ensuite bathrooms. The master bathroom comes with an indulgent soaking tub.
If you’re travelling with a larger group, Off Piste Chalet is neighboured by Yorokobi Lodge, Silver Dream, Odile and Chalet Luma.

Off Piste Chalet Living
Off Piste Chalet offers ample space with rooms spread over three levels. Full-wall windows and streamlined design give the chalet a clean, contemporary look, with well-chosen furniture and textiles adding a touch of warmth always welcomed amidst Niseko’s famous snow.
Living Room
The living areas are cleverly positioned on the chalet’s top floor, allowing the full-wall windows to fill the space with daylight and snowy views. The living room features an elegant grey sofa angled towards an avant-garde shaped coffee table.
Dining Room
The dining area joins the lounge section seamlessly. Flanked by generous windows, the dining area features a light timber table surrounded by six chairs. Behind the dining area you’ll find the chalet’s fully-equipped Western style kitchen.
Off Piste Chalet Bedrooms
Off Piste Chalet features three bedrooms. The master bedroom with its king bed and one guest room with a split bed (king or twins) are located on the middle floor. The third bedroom is located on the top floor and also features a split bed which can be set up as a king or two singles as needed.

The master bedroom is located on the chalet’s middle floor. This room comes with a king bed and its adjoined by a large ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower.

Off Piste Chalet Layout
Off Piste Chalet is a three-bedroom chalet that’s built over three levels. The ground floor houses a parking area, ski room and guest toilet. The first floor houses the master bedroom and one guest bedroom. The top floor houses the living and dining areas and the third bedroom.

Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.

Off Piste Chalet is located in the St Moritz neighbourhood in Niseko, Japan. This is a relaxed community of chalets surrounded by forest, located just a five-minute drive from the ski lifts and restaurants waiting in Hirafu Village. For more dining and skiing options, the Niseko Village ski resort is also within a 15-minute drive.

Off Piste is a cool and funky boutique chalet which could be a fantastic and unique place for your winter holiday. The chalet is located in Outer Hirafu so I’d suggest hiring a car to get around easily.

Off Piste is cool and funky! I love the retro posters throughout and the comfortable living area. It’s a 15 minute walk to the nearest lift, or a couple of minutes walk to where the shuttle bus stops, so I recommend renting a vehicle to make getting around easier.
