Living Room

The villa’s “grand salon” is a spectacular place to relax and entertain. Filled with the villa’s signature fittings – stunning antiques, incredible art, inspiring books, and ornate details – this opulent space can easily accommodate a group of 20 guests. You can relax by the fireside while thumbing through a title borrowed from the villa’s library. Or you can get the whole group together in the lounge area where you can admire the décor and enjoy views looking out to the garden.

Dining Room

Framed by ornate, handmade mosaics and horseshoe arches so typical to the local architecture, the dining room exudes Moroccan charm. This grand space can easily seat 18 guests gathered around a long table, with a majestic statue of Ganesh presiding over the room. You can also enjoy your meals out on the terrace where an alfresco dining area can also accommodate 18 guests.

Media Room

This is not your average TV room. Instead, Palais Hassoun’s media room is an inspiring space filled with fascinating art and travel books and beautiful objets d’art. Eclectic sofas and armchairs offer enough room for 20 guests, with a large flatscreen TV inviting guests to gather up for movie nights and binge watching.

Garden & Pool

Spanning two hectares, the villa’s gardens are simply spectacular. The setup resembles your own private park, with palm, olive, and cypress trees dotting endless lawns and creating a private sanctuary. The villa is built in a u-shape that perfectly frames the villa’s immaculate, 20-metre-long swimming pool. Needless to say, this palatial estate offers plenty of opportunity for enjoying the grand outdoors with sun beds lining the pool and elegant lounge areas framing the terrace. There’s a chic lounge area on the terrace that can seat a group of 18, with a fabulous sunset lounge hidden up on the rooftop.

Palais Hassoun features nine exquisite bedrooms. Each room is unique, adorned with the finest textiles, beautiful art, and stunning antiques. Each room features a king-sized bed and benefits from an ensuite bathroom that resembles a divine private spa.

Palais Hassoun is a nine-bedroom villa that spans 1,700 square metres. The villa features extensive indoor and outdoor living areas, gardens that span two hectares, and a 20 x 9 metre swimming pool. The nine bedrooms are each adjoined by an ensuite bathroom.

Villa Manager

Palais Hassoun’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

Palais Hassoun offers half board and full board dining packages. The half board option includes a full breakfast and dinner. The full board option includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. The villa offers a suggestion menu mainly focusing on Moroccan cuisine and special diets can also be accommodated.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Palais Hassoun includes 24-hour security.
