This sprawling 5-bedroom estate offers a blend of comfort, privacy, and adventure – making it the perfect property for families or groups of friends seeking a private tropical island escape.

Perched on a rugged coastline, Rockpools lives up to its name with several natural rock pools dotting the 60-metres of oceanfront. The pièce de résistance is a spectacular 6-metre deep swimming hole that houses a deep-water cave that connects to the crystal-clear waters of the Pacific Ocean.

Darting across the lush gardens, sandy pathways connect the five buildings, swimming pool, outdoor living spaces and entertaining areas. All this is set at the end of a wildly beautiful coconut grove, accompanied by nothing but soothing sounds of nature. Even with a large party, there is still lots of private space to meditate, read, take an uninterrupted afternoon siesta and simply unwind.

Living Room

The living room is in the centre of the main building with three large sofas arranged around beautifully carved tables, furnished with local art and antiques. From the open-sided living room, a kitchen beckons the gastronomically-talented to cook up a feast.

Dining Room

Set on the verandah that opens from the living room and kitchen, Rockpools’ main dining space boasts an 8-seater table set underneath hanging lamps. The villa has a second dining area set next to the pool beside the ocean’s edge. Don’t miss out on the rewarding experience of tasting the fresh fruits and vegetables picked from the villa’s organic gardens.

Garden & Pool

The villa has a small swimming pool beside the stairs that lead down to the rockpools below. Yoga mats, badminton and boules are available for guests wishing to play in the sand beside the pool. Rockpools has a comprehensive, well-maintained garden – visitors are greeted by a coconut grove when entering and will find a neat lawn dotted with fruit trees and flanked by gorgeous flowering plants on the edges. The villa also has an organic vegetable garden.

The villa’s main building features two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Flanking the main building are three private bungalows, each boasting an ensuite bedroom and ocean views. These individual sanctuaries provide the ultimate in privacy and relaxation, ideal for multi-generational groups or those traveling with friends.

Rockpools is an estate set over 1.3 hectares of gardens surrounded by unspoilt Vanuatu nature. The villa itself comprises five separate buildings connected through sandy pathways and centred around a traditional nakamal. The estate also has an organic vegetable garden. The sandy oceanfront is also very well suited for hosting weddings and other celebrations.

Villa Manager

Rockpools’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeper

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeper to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
