Rumah Melati Estate is unequivocally and unmistakably Indonesian. This villa is anything but generic – everything about it feels authentically rooted in its Balinese surroundings. Just like a Balinese compound, the villa is divided into multiple pavilions surrounded by the most enchanting gardens, with a serene river flowing past the estate. Every room is decorated with beautiful textiles and inspiring art, and the luscious surroundings feel like something from a fairy-tale.

Living Room

Housed in a Javanese joglo pavilion looking over the pool, the living room feels like the luxe lair of a world traveller. The walls are adorned with evocative art, textiles, and mementoes, with large windows framing views of the rainforest. There’s a large white sofa to relax on, with tropical print accent chairs adding to the ambiance. It’s the perfect space for planning your next adventure.

Dining Room

The dining area sits at the centre of that same gorgeous joglo, with glass doors gazing out to the pool and gardens. The beautiful timber dining table is surrounded by eight translucent chairs, with an arrangement of wicker lamps adding to the Balinese feel of the space. The dining area extends to a generously sized kitchen whose timber cabinets and teal-coloured tiles beautifully echo the colour palette of the surrounding tropics.

Gym

The villa’s gym adds yet another restorative dimension into your stay. The gym is fitted with diverse cardio and weight equipment, allowing you to get a well-rounded workout while gazing out to the tropics.

Spa

Bali is one of the spa capitals of the world – and Ubud is the true wellness centre of Bali. It’s only fitting then that this dreamy Balinese villa comes with your own private spa where you can enjoy massages, spa treatments, and sauna sessions all the while being surrounded by the healing frequencies of the tropics.

Garden & Pool

These are not mere gardens – this is a real-life wonderland. With an immense, 20-metre-long swimming pool dazzling at the centre, the gardens are blooming with exotic flowers and lush green trees providing heavenly shade. There are so many ways to enjoy all this beauty: wander down one of the picturesque pathways, dine alfresco surrounded by the rainforest, immerse yourself in a yoga session out on the meditation deck – or simply enjoy some quality time with your favourite people in one of the many seating areas scattered across this dreamy estate.

Rumah Melati Estate features four bedrooms. The rooms play beautiful homage to Balinese heritage, featuring dreamy canopy beds, ornate furniture, and rich artwork and textiles. All rooms feature double beds and ensuite bathrooms.

Rumah Melati Estate is a four-bedroom villa that’s divided into multiple pavilions. The main building houses the living and dining areas and two bedrooms. The second building houses one bedroom. The third pavilion houses the gym on the ground floor and one bedroom on the upper floor. The fourth building houses the villa’s spa. The villa is surrounded by extensive tropical gardens with multiple seating areas, vegetable garden, outdoor dining area, and a 20 x 4 metre swimming pool.

Villa Manager

Rumah Melati Estate’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
