Samujana Villas is an exclusive estate home to 23 private, uniquely designed villas. The villas are sleek and modern in their design and positioned on a hillside, they offer sweeping views of the deep blue ocean. Each villa is completely private with its own swimming pool, serviced by Samujana’s superstar team of staff. The estate has its own tennis court shared by the villa guests. The grounds include exclusive beach access.
Samujana offers a number of unique experiences for you to enjoy during your stay, including a private cruise on the estate’s 43-foot-long catamaran, where you can snorkel and scuba dive at some of the most incredible natural reef on the island. Private chefs are available to cook up exceptional local dishes in your own villa every day or for special occasions, and even offer cooking classes. You can also make use of the estate’s child care services and pampering spa treatments.

Samujana is home to 23 exquisite modern villas, each with a private swimming pool and a luxurious sense of privacy. Guests can choose between 3,4,5,6,7 and 8 bedrooms. If you’re travelling with a smaller group, the smaller villas can also be booked as 1 and 2-bedroom options. There are 2 x three-bedroom villas at Samujana. Samujana 11A and Samujana 11B span 320m² and 364m² respectively and both offer stunning views of the ocean bay. There are 6 x four-bedroom villas at Samujana. Samujana 3, Samujana 7, Samujana 8, Samujana 15, Samujana 16, Samujana 17 and Samujana 19 span between 388 – 894m² in size. Villa Manager
Samujana Villas experienced and knowledgeable villa host is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa host will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
Samujana includes a team of chefs to cater to your group during your stay. You can enjoy in-villa dining from the priced menus available. Meals are prepared on-site at the central resort kitchen. In-villa dining is available to 10pm daily. You may also choose to book our private Thai chef for a Thai buffet or in-villa BBQ.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Samujana Villas include 24-hour security for the estate.
Location
Samujana Villas is located in Choeng Mon in Koh Samui. This scenic area is located right up the coast from the bustling area of Chaweng and offers beautiful beaches minus the crowds. The estate is built on a stunning headland, offering sweeping views of the coral cove beyond. The beautiful Choeng Mon Beach is a quick five-minute drive away, while the busier Chaweng can be reached in about 15 minutes driving. The estate also has its own tennis court and exclusive beach access.

Amazing Villa Jacinta Samui
From the moment we arrived at samujana villa Jacinta, we were absolutely blown away. This place is nothing short of spectacular – from the panoramic ocean views to the elegant architecture, every detail is designed to impress and provide the ultimate in luxury and comfort.
The villa itself is incredibly spacious and beautifully maintained, with stunning design elements that perfectly blend indoor and outdoor living. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was our favorite spot – perfect for a morning swim or a sunset cocktail.
The staff were exceptional – attentive, discreet, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. From arranging in-villa meals to organizing day trips and spa services, they made everything effortless.

Perfect family retreat
We had an amazing week at Samujana, staying in villa 3. The villa’s are perfect in every way, very spacious, spectacular views and unbelievable service. Ruda the villa’s manager, ably supported by Khing, could not have been more helpful…from amazing cooked breakfasts, great recommendations, and flawlessly keeping the villa running while we were there.
Nothing was too much to ask, one guest with a nut allergy had his meals specially prepared and when it rained massages and manicures were on hand in the villa.

I recently returned to Samujana Villas on Koh Samui, and it was AGAIN a truly unforgettable experience. The villas are still Amazing, with that private infinity pool that offers stunning ocean views. It was another epic one!
Actually, it was even better…. here’s why…
Our butler was wonderful and took care of all our arrangements. Breakfast was included and served at an agreed time each morning, offering both Continental, Full English/American and Asian options also. We enjoyed lunch and dinner most days, and the food was delicious. One night, we had a BBQ and didn’t have to lift a finger. It was a special experience, with friends gathered around, eating, drinking, and having fun.
The twice-daily shuttle service was very convenient. We visited Chaweng a few times, and a taxi to Fisherman’s Village took only 15 minutes. Honestly, it was hard to leave the villa.
The location is still perfect for a peaceful escape. The island particularly grew from last time, but this Choengmon area still very nice and quiet enough.

An Unforgettable Family Escape
Our family of five, with children aged 7-15, had an incredible stay in Villa 19 during our few nights in July. We were all absolutely captivated by every aspect of this accommodation.
Upon arrival, we were immediately taken aback by the breathtaking view of the ocean. It was truly amazing. The infinity pool, along with the expansive property, was impressive in size and left us in awe. We particularly enjoyed the sunken outdoor living area, which provided a wonderful space to relax with the added comfort of ceiling fans keeping us cool outside.
The bedrooms were all spacious and each had large en-suite bathrooms. To our delight, two of the bedrooms even had separate outdoor spas attached, adding an extra touch of luxury.
The cinema room became a favorite among our kids, providing them with endless entertainment. Additionally, the gym was a hit, allowing us to stay active during our stay.
The culinary experience at the villa was outstanding, and we chose to dine there for the entirety of our visit due to the delicious food. The breakfast was especially delightful, featuring a fresh selection of seasonal fruits, cereals, and pastries. We also appreciated the cooked breakfast, which included eggs made to our liking.
The staff at the villa were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, making our stay even more memorable. Our Villa Manager, Apple, and Kai went above and beyond to ensure that our time at Samujana was unforgettable. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Apple, Kai, and the entire Samujana team. We can’t wait to return and create more cherished memories in the future.

We had a fabulous stay at Samujana in Villa 19. A stunning pool with a fabulous outdoor space – both for dining and for lounging around. Such a beautiful villa – extremely well maintained and in very good quality. Billie and Jenny looked after all of our needs and were extremely professional and helpful. The villa was totally private. A great sound system so we could play music by the pool. We also loved our home cinema – somewhere cool to retreat too when the heat got too much for us. We will definitely come back and stay at Samujana again.

Big Villas, Amazing Views & Excellent Service
I and my wife stayed at 4 BR Villa 17 for a week and had an amazing experience at Samujana. The reservations team were very quick in responding to numerous queries as had to change dates twice due to covid. Each villa is unique and has much to offer. We preferred villa 17 as it offered the best views from from aircon living room and esp when we didn’t need very big space for 2 people. The villa itself was well maintained with nice pool and sit out with excellent views. The natural rock formation is preserved cutting thru living room and pool giving a very unique touch to this villa.
The serive was a great addition to our stay. Our In villa team of Sai and Pook did take an excellent care of us. They served a nice breakfast everyday and no request or ask was big for them. They were always available at villa and at the same time offered complete privacy.

Absolutely Amazing
If you are looking to stay in Koh Samui away from the crowds and want total relaxation, luxury, peace and fantastic service come to Samujana. We are a family of four and this was our second stay and it was just at good as the first. The Samujana estate is well set out offer each villa privacy and comfort. We had our own rooms all very spacious and a large out door area with dining table, large comfortable couches and a beautiful infinity pool, this was the area we spent the most time together as a family swimming most of the day. The views are also outstanding. You have your own manager and villa maid and they take care of you and any needs you may have – nothing is a problem for them and they are the most wonderful people. Each morning breakfast is prepared for you including fresh fruit and juices. The villas are beautifully maintained and very clean. Samujana is located a short distance from the airport and they are there to meet to you on arrival. It is also conveniently located to Chaweng, the Big Bhudda, Bophut and the fisherman markets and village. I cannot speak highly enough of Samujana and cannot thank them enough for making our holiday and stay so beautiful, enjoyable and memorable. We will return again:-)

Great place, great service. Breakfast was large meal, freshly cut local fruit & juice. Good to venue out into town and try all the food and get cocktails & drinks from there as they are cheaper. We also used koh samui version of uber for rides into town, alot cheaper than using samujana service shuttle. We went for our honeymoon and it was a magical part of our holiday. Thank you

Absolute Paradise in Villa 16
This place is just something else. We stayed for 8 nights in Villa 16 with our host Num, who was friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast everyday had a choice of Thai, American or Continental, all were great. We had the private chef experience twice and ate from room service once. Every meal was superb. We also ate at the Beach Bar, where you can have a few cocktails or play a few games, overlooking the Ocean. Food choice down there was limited but they are just building a pizza oven. Our villa had a TV room and pool table. To be honest there were so many places to just chill out we felt we didn’t have chance to enjoy enough of them all. If you fancy a different view you can also pop next door to the SeaDance resort. Wherever we go in the world this place will be hard to top.

Amazing Estate and Service
We are long term residents on the island and wanted to do something special for my husband’s birthday so we planned 2 night getaway at Samujana. From booking, check in to checking out, the overall experience was excellent. The estate was very well looked after and with matured greens and landscaping provided a lot of privacy for each of the villas. Nadear the guest experience manager was super with her tips and we were both very well looked after by our villa manager Cherrie and Gai. For sure we will return and highly recommend the estate to our family and friends for this unique experience.

Absolutely incredible villa. The villa manager, Num, was amazing and so helpful. The villa was beautifully maintained and cleaned every day, with stunning views and luxurious amenities. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and Breathtaking View
Took an holiday in Koh Samui is more wonderful experience when we stayed in Samujana. We stayed in Samujana Villa 4. Huge room and nice amenities make the relax time is very nice. Did some exercise in the Gym Room also good idea to keep our body fit. We also did movie night in the cinema room, the place is really comfortable. L shape pool allow you to enjoy great view of the ocean. Thank you very much for Apple who look after us during our stay. She is really good and supervise everything.

Amazing views,
came for a wedding and stayed in their 7 room villa. Amazing views and villa was well equipped with pool, gym. A bit far away from anything so great if you have a car or just want to spend time chlling in the villa

Samujana has everything you need. Beautiful views, pool, butler/cook on tap, meals to order in and BBQ to order or special menu’s to be made.
It has the most amazing games room with pool, table tennis, cinema, bar and even a slide.
Perfect place to escape the heat.
Some of the villas have fitness areas too.
The rooms are all beautiful. Great place for a romantic getaway or come and stay with friends.
10 minutes from airport and only an hour from Singapore it’s easier to get to and nicer than Bintan or Batam.
Great place also for business getaways, executive retreats and places to think about your business.

“Tranquility in Koh Samui”
Infinity pools as far as the eye can see, and then some. My partner and I visited for a friend’s birthday celebration earlier this year and could not recommend Samujana enough. The villas themselves are architecturally magnificent, and the views are unparalleled. The most amazing component though is the service — any time you look away, someone has been past and either arranged something for you or fixed something for you without you noticing. I look forward to taking friends back there myself later this year.

“Paradise of luxury”
Just came back from Samujana. It is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful rooms and service. But the highlight is the infinity pool! The water in the pool is amazing, lightly salted and continuously filtered …. no chlorine! Big plus in my books! And the view is spectacular!
The thai food served at Samujana is so delicious, it is hard to stop eating it!
Whether you are vacationing with friends, family or looking for a romantic getaway, I highly recommend Samujana resort. It is a package destination! It will exceed your expectations!
