Exclusively located within a private gated compound, Seasons Residence is an impressive five-bedroom chalet that provides a bespoke level of service and all the mod cons one would expect at an ultra-luxurious ski-in chalet. With a focus on entertainment, Seasons Residence is the ideal choice for those wanting to entertain their entourage with a range of state-of-the-art technology like Apple TVs, 5 zone sound systems, Pioneer DJ decks, and an eight-seater cinema room just to name a few.

The stand out feature has to be the private indoor heated swimming pool which can be personally temperature controlled as well as the 1,000-bottle wine cellar – the ultimate feature for Apreś-ski.

Season’s One is an exquisite modern chalet with picturesque views of mountain ranges and surrounding ski fields thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Built over two storeys with bedrooms and living spaces dotted throughout, there’s plenty of opportunities to entertain with ease in ultra-luxurious style, yet still, steal private moments for a little downtime if needed.

Living

Located on the upper floor is Season’s One living room. An inviting space of full-wall windows and high-ceilings which allow a natural beam of light to shine through. The room includes lavish grey sofas, curated textiles and decor to perfectly complement the modern aesthetic throughout. A warming fireplace is a focal point of which the furnishings are positioned around.

Dining

Seamlessly wedged between the living space and gourmet kitchen is the chalet’s dining table of which seats ten guests. An open-plan chef-grade kitchen is equipped with an authentic pizza oven and the latest in modern appliances.

Bar & Cinema

On the ground floor, there is a vast lounge area with a bar at one end and an eclectic mix of sofas that blend to create the ideal space to Apreś-ski after a day spent on the slopes. You will find a billiards table and bar area of which is fully-stocked with the very best liquors and tap beer whilst also being home to a 1000-bottle wine cellar. The eight-seater cinema room adjoins the lounge and includes an Xbox, Apple TV, Dolby surround sound system and Pioneer DJ decks.

Seasons Residence has five bedrooms. Three rooms have king-sized beds with ensuite bathrooms. One room is a purpose built bunk room perfect for kids and sleeps six guests. The fifth bedroom has one single bed. There are three rooms on the ground floor and two rooms on the top floor.

Seasons Residence is a five-bedroom chalet that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses three bedrooms, a cinema room, a billiard table, a ski room and the chalet’s pool and sauna room. The upper floor houses the living and dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, an office, exterior outdoor deck and two remaining bedrooms.

Property Manager

The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.

Butlers are on hand every day to attend to guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The chalet’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements. The daily gourmet breakfast and evening curated meals prepared by our professionally trained “Kaisefu” personal chef.

Chauffeur

A chauffeur will provide you with the ultimate experience! Chalet rates include a shuttle service within the Niseko area (Annupuri Village, Hirafu Village, Niseko Village, Kutchan) – in winter only.
