Seizan 1 ticks all the boxes of a perfect Niseko stay. With a great location in Hirafu village, the chalet brings you within easy reach of the ski lifts and all the apres ski fun the village has to offer. Then there is the fresh design and plush furnishings of the chalet itself – a full feature kitchen, Netflix and full laundry facilities are just some of the conveniences offered.

Seizan 1 has an impressive five bedrooms, but if you’re travelling with a larger group still, fear not – sister property Seizan 2 offers a further five bedrooms right next door.

Seizan 1 is a light and modern chalet, with generous rooms spread over three floors. With five bedrooms and generous living areas to socialise in, the chalet is perfect for large get togethers with friends and family.

Living Room

The living room is located on the middle floor of the three-storey chalet, with an open floor plan. The lounge area features plush sofas and a beautiful stone fireplace. A large wall-mounted TV offers a great setup for movie nights with the family.

Dining Room

The dining area is a fluid extension of the living room seating area. There is a generous dining table which can comfortably seat all 10 guests, either on white chairs or on the plush sofa hugging the table. A fully fitted open-plan kitchen adjoins the dining area seamlessly.

Seizan 1 has five bedrooms. Each room has a king-sized bed which can also be set up as two single beds – whichever works best for your group. There is one bedroom on the basement level and four bedrooms are located up on the top floor.

Seizan 1 is a five-bedroom chalet that’s built over three floors. If you’re looking for more rooms, Seizan 2 is another five-bedroom chalet that’s located right next door.

Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Property Manager

The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property. The manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.

Seizan 1 is located in Middle Hirafu Village in Niseko, Japan. The chalet offer the best of both worlds: a quiet location surrounded by other chalets and pensions, but still just a stroll away from the ski slopes and restaurants. Momiji Zaka (aka Hirafu’s unofficial eat street) is just one street over from the property! If you prefer to cook at the chalet, the Seicomart convenience store is also close by.
