Centrally located on the border between Hirafu’s Middle and Lower Village, Seshu offer specular views of Mount Yotei from its top floor living room. Seshu features five light and airy bedrooms, making this a great option for large groups with the famous Fridge Door Bar and the ski shuttle bus within a moment’s walk.

Seshu Living
Seshu is a picture-perfect ski chalet surrounded by mountains of Niseko’s famous pow. Thanks to the peaked roof and cathedral windows, Seshu captures the feel of an authentic alpine lodge with living areas strategically housed on the top floor with full-wall windows looking out to Mount Yotei.
Living Room
Seshu’s living room is located on the three-storey chalet’s top floor, with wall-to-wall windows framing gorgeous views of Mount Yotei. The living room is furnished with leather seating with a sofa facing the picture windows and two armchairs positioned before a sleek stone fireplace. The chalet has a separate TV room equipped with a huge L-shaped sofa and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and Apple TV.
Dining Room
The dining area is incorporated to the top-floor living room, with a wooden table seating up to 12 guests. To the back of the room is a fully fitted kitchen complete with a coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, ice maker, microwave and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need.
Seshu Bedrooms
Seshu has five bedrooms. Four rooms have split beds which can be set up as a king-sized bed or two single beds as needed. The fifth room is a traditional tatami room with two single futons.

Seshu Layout
Seshu is a five-bedroom chalet that’s built over three levels. The top floor houses the living and dining areas. The two lower floors house the five bedrooms and a TV room.
Seshu Staff
Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay. Upon check-in (8am to 8pm) you’ll be greeted on arrival and explained where everything is.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? Housekeeping is included to tidy up the villa, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Chauffeur
A chauffeur will provide you with the ultimate experience! A car and driver can be a great way to explore you holiday destination. Villa rates include complimentary on-call driver to and from locations in the village and the Grand Hirafu ski gondola. All you need to do is call. Only available during 8am to 6pm, during the winter season.
Location
Seshu is located on the border between Hirafu’s Middle and Lower Village, offering easy access to the slopes and restaurants while still maintaining a calm and relaxed ambiance. The chalet is located just down the street from the famous Fridge Door Bar and you’ll also find the ski shuttle stop practically on your doorstep.

- A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking
- Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival
- Refundable security deposit required upon check-in of USD $950

- Late check out until 6pm can be arranged at half the rental rate (subject to availability)
- Payment can be settled by credit card or PayPal (3% payment processing fee)
