Upon arrival, guests are greeted by an intricately carved doorway, offering a true Balinese welcome. Spread out over two floors, the villa boasts a modern design mixing sleek white surfaces with traditional thatched roofs, and a breezy open-plan design adding a delicious tropical twist. The gardens houses the inviting blue pool, where the clear waters are perfectly complemented by luscious green palm trees reaching high up into the sky in your private oasis.

Living Room

The expansive open-plan living room flows out to the pool, allowing the tropical tableau of the garden to work as the backdrop for friendly get-togethers or lazy afternoons spent curled up with a good book. The massive rattan sofa is big enough to host the whole party, while the carved wooden details of the furniture add a rich Balinese flavour to the room. The room also features all the modern amenities, from a satellite plasma TV to a full surround sound entertainment system.

Dining Room

The opulent dining table carved out of rich dark wood is surrounded by eight rattan chairs, allowing the whole party to come together for a lavish weekend brunch or a laidback midweek meal. Though the area surrounding the villa is dotted with world-class restaurants offering heavenly take-out, the property’s fully furnished kitchen might just tempt you to whip up a home-cooked feast instead.

Garden & Pool

The property’s unique L-shaped pool perfectly complements the sleek architecture of the villa, all the while offering ample room for doing some relaxed laps. The elegant deckchairs surrounding the pool offer guests the option of enjoying a refreshing drink beneath the shade of a chic parasol, or stretching out in the sun and letting those golden rays work their magic.

The two-storey villa houses three beautiful bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate between 6 to 8 guests. The palette of the rooms is tranquil with crisp whites complementing light wooden elements with splashes of vibrant earth tones, all echoing the luscious tropical views visible through the rooms’ generous windows.

Master Bedrooms

The two master suites house a lavish king-size bed each, with a divinely soft luxury mattress ensuring deep, restorative sleep. The rooms stay fresh and cool thanks to a choice between air conditioning and ceiling fans, while the plasma screen TV will provide the perfect distraction on a rainy day.

Guest Bedroom

The third bedroom is furnished with two plush twin beds, making this the perfect choice for children or teenagers. Guests of all ages will be comfortably entertained thanks to the room’s generous flat screen TV and refrigerated air-conditioning.

Each of the rooms comes complete with a well-appointed ensuite bathroom furnished with a generous shower. As an added bonus, the villa also houses an extra guest bathroom.

Villa Manager

Sinta Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
