The Beach House Mirissa Living
The Beach House Mirissa exudes relaxed beach house chic with its contemporary furniture and light colour palette, all framed by sublime views of the beach beckoning right on your doorstep. This really is the ideal setting for a barefoot beach getaway in Sri Lanka, finished with a luxe modern twist.
Living Room
The living areas occupy the villa’s ground floor, with full-wall windows providing marvellous views of the pool and beach. The elegant room is decorated in light tones, with two sofas dotted with eclectic pillows offering a relaxed setting for swapping stories while enjoying the beachside views.
Dining Room
The dining room is also located on the ground floor and offers the same beautiful views of the beach. The room features a long wooden table which can easily seat all 12 guests staying in the villa. The dining area is accentuated by a beautiful glass light fixture suspended from the ceiling.
Garden
The villa offers a truly sensational setting located directly on a sandy beach. The only thing standing between the villa and the beach is your own private swimming pool! The swimming pool is divided into two sections: the large main pool and a smaller pool joining one of the bedroom suites. The sand just beyond the pool is dotted with beach club style loungers and parasols, with shaded areas providing an idyllic setting for beachfront dining and socialising.

The Beach House Mirissa is a six-bedroom villa that’s built over two levels. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas and two bedrooms. Four more bedrooms are located upstairs. The villa features a private swimming pool and offers direct access to the beach.

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Beautiful beach house accommodation near Mirissa
My daughter and I loved the beach house. We originally booked into the beach villas, which were very nice but we asked for a sea view upgrade and spent the remainder of our holiday in the beach house. Views are stunning and the room was very clean with contemporary decor. The staff were all fantastic and went out of their way to help us, particularly Yohan, who was so friendly and kind. The food was good and the hotel is not far from Mirissa town, so you have the choice of eating in or dining in the town. We had a great stay, thank you

Thank you to everyone at the Beach House Villa and Lantern Boutique Villa by Reveal Collection. What a beautiful place and a peaceful time for us. Every staff was so kind and made us feel welcome and very well looked after. This villa is attractive and We loved the beach, pool, and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and served without a limit. Sajith who handled our reservation helped us throughout when we trying to extend our stay at their other property Lantern Boutique Villa and the Villa manager Mahen was very humble to talk to each and every guest to ensure there well being. Breathtaking view from the rooms are absolute attraction to the property. Rooms were clean and very well maintained.

a wonderful villa in a very special country
We stayed at the beautiful Beach House for 2 night, the rooms were excellent and spacious, we had an amazing beach view and it was very quiet. All the staff were wonderful, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was great, so much choice of delicious freshly cooked and local food. In the evening we ate at the Lantern Hotel by Reveal, which was a few meters away, along the beach. Amazing meal, again lots of choice, all freshly cooked and a perfect setting on the beach.
The Reveal hotels support a turtle conservation, we had a very special opportunity to see turtles laying their eggs on the beach and were allowed to help release newly hatched turtles into the sea. Thank you to all the staff, the chef and Mahen for making our stay so special, we will definitely be back.

Beach Housse Getaway
Here’s a place that you can keep coming back to. We happened to book this location in Dec 2022 through a friend and when we got there we realized we had been here before back in 2015. The location and amenities have remained very good although a cosmetic update down the line will definitely help The staff at this location are very good and accommodating. We had Didula who was excellent and very good at assisting us with whatever we needed. We travelled with 4 families which included 6 kids and they made us all feel very much at home. Hasitha managed the check-in and check-out process which was seamless. The food was very good. I don’t have anything else constructive to say about this place. Definitely recommend it.

A top-notch slice of heaven!
Received a very warm and smiling welcome from Thilina who came out to greet me by name as soon as I arrived and from that moment on he and all the other wonderful staff could not have done more to help ensure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The well-appointed beach access terrace suite was larger than expected and I especially liked the outdoor private bathroom with a waterfall shower.
The exclusive and immaculately maintained pool and beach area were faultless.
For breakfast I really enjoyed the Sri Lankan scrambled eggs in the restaurant during the most spectacular sunrise. Tuan and Chamira from the restaurant were both very helpful.
Everyone was friendly and I can’t recommend this place enough if you are looking for a quiet beach retreat.

An absolute gem!
Stayed here for two nights in Mirissa. The location is stunning and so are the rooms. We stayed in the beach leisure suite which had a balcony overlooking the beach and pool. It was a big room, very clean with a huge bathroom. The furniture in this hotel is gorgeous- each piece is unique and adds great character to this hotel. There are plenty of places to lie and sit on the beachfront, the pool is set in the sand and is great.
The staff here are wonderful. the manager is a delight. So lovely and helpful. He gave us a phone to take with us so we could call the hotel if we had any issues. A nice touch.
It would also be nice to see more Sri Lankan food on the menu rather than the western dishes.
Overall we had an awesome stay here. The personal touches and the care and attention the staff showed us made for a very warm and welcoming stay. Thanks for having us here!

Perfect weekend getaway
Beautiful villa with excellent service. The food was delicious, especially the Sri Lankan breakfast and the many seafood dishes which we thoroughly enjoyed. The villa is perfect for 6 families, it felt like we were in our own home. Will definitely visit again.

Have always been a bit apprehensive about taking out a bungalow. Especially when you don’t know anyone who has had first-hand experience staying there. But this was a truly great trip. The place was well maintained, with the pool overlooking the ocean making for a spectacular backdrop. You immediately leave all your work troubles behind. The rooms are clean, with all the basic amnesties well taken care of. The food options are also quite comprehensive. If you’re into Sri Lankan food, the ‘local’ breakfast, and lunch rice and curry are a winner! But what really sets this place apart is its wonderful staff. Always courteous, and eager to please! well worth the money spent. Hope to be back there soon.

A Perfect Stay on a Beach Property
Decided last minute to head out of Colombo and checked up on Reveal the Collection Properties and managed to get The beach house. Excellent hotel property. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Will go out of the way to help out. The food was good from the menu. Good portions as well. If you really wanna explore mirissa you can always drive out and get some good meal spots a few KMs away. Parrot Rock/ Coconut hill and Main Mirissa beach stretch are all 10 minutes away. Will head back here soon.

Perfect 3 night stay!
We wanted a short break from traveling Sri Lanka by having 3 nights in a relaxing luxury villa. They have a peaceful location, right on the beach with idyllic sun beds and a reasonably sized pool! The staff tend to all your needs whatever they may be and are all so polite and informative. We need transport up to Ella via a national park and they were able to arrange all of this for us.
Well worth a visit and some dinner/drinks on the beach.
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of staying in the Marissa Beach area.
