The Headland Villa 4 is beautifully sculpted into a lush tropical hillside, providing jaw-dropping views throughout. The rooms are lined with full-wall windows and decorated with chic tones of white, creating a beautiful light-filled haven in the heart of the tropics.

Living Room

The living room is lined with glass doors on three sides, allowing for beautiful tropical views and a natural air flow when desired. The room is decorated with bespoke modern Asian furniture, with a pristine white sofa offering ample space for family get togethers.

Dining Room

Next to the living room seating area is the villa’s white dining table surrounded by eight matching chairs. A fully-equipped kitchen is built to the side of the room, with the adjoining deck offering an incredibly scenic setting for in-villa barbecues.

Garden & Pool

The Headland Villa 4’s swimming pool is uniquely positioned at the centre of the villa, separating the main house from the guest bedroom pavilion. The swimming pool is flanked by sun loungers, with a shaded lounge area providing a break from the tropical sun when needed. There is a second furnished lounge on the upper floor, allowing you to take in the tropical views in style.

The Headland Villa 4 has three bedrooms. Each room is furnished with a king-sized bed, one of which can also be set up as two single beds if needed. The two guest bedrooms are located on ground level and the master bedroom is housed upstairs.

The master bedroom with its TV lounge and balcony is housed upstairs. The villa also includes a private swimming pool and a generous outdoor deck area.

Villa Manager

The Headland Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
