Living Room

From its angled roof to its curated furnishings, the villa’s living room is gorgeous. The space features two generous sofas arranged around a coffee table, with direct views of the pool and garden completing this inviting setup.

Dining Room

Ready, set, feast! The Layar resort offers incredible in-villa dining options. Luckily, the villa’s dining room more than rises to the occasion, with an eight-seater dining table surrounded by the tropical beauty of the gardens. A bar counter separates the dining area from the villa’s fully equipped kitchen.

Media Room

The media room is hidden on a mezzanine level above the living areas. There’s nothing better than getting the whole group together for a chilled-out movie night after a day spent soaking up the Bali sun. The media room features a fabulous, curved sofa that runs the full length of one wall.

Garden & Pool

Welcome to paradise! The Layar Empat is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens where you can spend hours doing as much or as little as you like. Would you prefer to splash around the pool or relax in the adjoining the Jacuzzi? The kids can run around on the lawns while the grown-ups soak up the rays on the beautifully curved sun beds. There’s also an alfresco dining table where you can indulge in some in-villa dining by the pool.

The Layar Empat features four bedrooms. The bedrooms are decorated in modern tropical style and offer all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. There are three bedrooms in the main house while the fourth bedroom is located in a separate pavilion by the pool. Each bedroom is adjoined by a gorgeous ensuite bathroom.

The Layar Empat is a private four-bedroom villa located at The Layar villa resort. The main building houses the living and dining areas, media room, and three bedrooms. A second pavilion by the pool houses the fourth bedroom. The villa has a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and tropical gardens.

One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the service provided by dedicated staff. The Layar has over 80 staff, professionally trained and determined to do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality. Pleasing to those who treasure their privacy, staff only appear when you need them; The Layar as a boutique resort is complete with its highly acclaimed restaurant, as well as in-villa dining and events – so staff are on hand to serve up a sumptuous breakfast, a delicious snack, or poolside barbecue, otherwise you’ll have the villa entirely to yourself.

Villa Manager

The Layar’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa estate. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily. Please note that The Layar’s butlers work on a room service basis, meaning they are only present at your villa when requested and not stationed at the villa at all times.

Chef

The villa’s skilled chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements. Meals can be ordered and delivered to your villa. Meals are prepared in the estate’s central kitchen. A private in-villa chef service can also be arranged for a BBQ or poolside lunch or dinner upon request. There is a charge for the chef to prepare meals in the comfort of your villa.

Security

Trained security guards working in shifts keep the villa estate safe and secure round-the-clock.
