Living Room

With its breezy open plan design, the living room captures the best of tropical living. The space is crowned with the villa’s signature sloping roof and offers a beautiful setting for relaxing in style with views looking directly to the pool. The living room features an elegant custom made sofa that faces an entertainment centre.

Dining Room

Perfectly poised for poolside breakfasts and in-villa dining, the dining area is located a few steps above the living room lounge. The round table can easily seat a group of four, with sliding doors connecting this space to the villa’s well equipped kitchen.

Garden & Pool

The villa’s garden envelops guests in blissful privacy and immerses you in the lush beauty of the tropics. Leafy green trees and bright exotic flowers offer the perfect frame for the 45 square metre pool that glistens at the heart of the property. The pool includes a generous shallow section, with an adjoining deck graced by curved sun loungers offering even more opportunity for catching some rays.

The Layar Satu is a one-bedroom villa. The bedroom is a calm and air-conditioned space where you can relax and unwind after a day spent out in the sun. The bedroom is furnished with streamlined modern furniture and features an elegant monochromatic colour scheme.

The Layar Satu is a private one-bedroom villa located at The Layar villa resort. The villa features a private garden and swimming pool and open plan living areas. The bedroom is adjoined by a luxurious semi-outdoor bathroom that ensures privacy.

The resort has 4 x one-bedroom villas. The layouts vary slightly between villas, but they all have the same features and share the same luxurious design.

One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the service provided by dedicated staff. The Layar has over 80 staff, professionally trained and determined to do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality. Pleasing to those who treasure their privacy, staff only appear when you need them; The Layar as a boutique resort is complete with its highly acclaimed restaurant, as well as in-villa dining and events – so staff are on hand to serve up a sumptuous breakfast, a delicious snack, or poolside barbecue, otherwise you’ll have the villa entirely to yourself.

Villa Manager

The Layar’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa estate. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily. Please note that The Layar’s butlers work on a room service basis, meaning they are only present at your villa when requested and not stationed at the villa at all times.

Chef

The villa’s skilled chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements. Meals can be ordered and delivered to your villa. Meals are prepared in the estate’s central kitchen. A private in-villa chef service can also be arranged for a BBQ or poolside lunch or dinner upon request. There is a charge for the chef to prepare meals in the comfort of your villa.

Security

Trained security guards working in shifts keep the villa estate safe and secure round-the-clock.
