The Layar Tiga Living
The Layar Tiga wows, stuns, and delights. This designer villa boasts stunning angles and creative curves, with the lush gardens providing the perfect backdrop. While the villa is visually stunning, it’s also irresistibly comfortable. Although this villa benefits from one of the best addresses in Seminyak (all the buzziest restaurants are only a stroll away!), its gorgeous living areas and perfect blue pool might just turn you into a homebody.
Living Room
In true tropical style, the villa’s elegant living areas are fluidly connected to the pool and garden. Here there are no doors or walls to block out those beautiful views or that delicious tropical breeze. Crowned with the villa’s signature angled roof, the living room features an inviting sofa where you can shoot the breeze and keep an eye on the kids while they splash around the pool.
Dining Room
The dining area is a fluid extension of the living room, benefitting from that same breezy layout and offering lush views of the pool and garden. The round dining table is poised for some yummy in-villa dining, while the adjoining kitchen offers all the necessities needed for preparing pool side snacks and full-on feasts.
Media Room
The mezzanine level media room is a lovely place to retreat to after a day spent out in the sun. Here you can kick back with the latest blockbusters or binge on your favourite shows. A media room is available in select three-bedroom villas.
Garden & Pool
A lush tropical garden surrounds the villa. Colourful flowers, delicate frangipani branches, and picturesque palm trees frame neat lawns and a fabulous swimming pool that’s flanked by your own private Jacuzzi (available in most three-bedroom villas). The pool includes a lovely shallow section where you can relax with a drink in hand – if you’re not busy soaking up the sun on one of the sun beds dotted on the deck.

The Layar Tiga features three bedrooms. The bedrooms are modern, elegant, and offer all the comforts and conveniences you could ask for. The bedrooms fan out from the living areas, ensuring a luxurious sense of privacy for all guests. All rooms feature king-sized beds, and they are adjoined by glamourous semi-open bathrooms.

The Layar Tiga Layout
The Layar Tiga is a private three-bedroom villa located at The Layar villa resort. The villa features a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi (in select villas), and garden. The living areas are open plan with changing floor levels adding interest. The three bedrooms fan out from the living areas. Select villas also have a mezzanine level media room.
The resort has 11 x three-bedroom villas. The layout varies slightly between villas, but they all share the same luxurious design.
The Layar Tiga Staff
One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the service provided by dedicated staff. The Layar has over 80 staff, professionally trained and determined to do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality. Pleasing to those who treasure their privacy, staff only appear when you need them; The Layar as a boutique resort is complete with its highly acclaimed restaurant, as well as in-villa dining and events – so staff are on hand to serve up a sumptuous breakfast, a delicious snack, or poolside barbecue, otherwise you’ll have the villa entirely to yourself.
Villa Manager
The Layar’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa estate. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand daily. Please note that The Layar’s butlers work on a room service basis, meaning they are only present at your villa when requested and not stationed at the villa at all times.
Chef
The villa’s skilled chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements. Meals can be ordered and delivered to your villa. Meals are prepared in the estate’s central kitchen. A private in-villa chef service can also be arranged for a BBQ or poolside lunch or dinner upon request. There is a charge for the chef to prepare meals in the comfort of your villa.
Security
Trained security guards working in shifts keep the villa estate safe and secure round-the-clock.

The Layar Tiga is located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Seminyak in Bali, Indonesia. The villa is part of The Layar resort where guests enjoy beautiful tropical surroundings, gracious service, and prime access to the resort’s superb Italian restaurant, Settimo Cielo. While the resort is incredibly peaceful and private, it’s also just around the corner from Eat Street – the epicentre of Seminyak’s dining scene. This long stretch is lined with restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and spas catering to every taste and preference. The beach is about 15 minutes away on foot.

Just had an amazing stay at The Layar in Seminyak! The rooms are huge and spotless – the staff are super attentive and keep everything tidy. But what really stood out was the incredible hospitality – the team is so friendly and caring, you feel like family!
The room itself was a haven – loved the open bathroom and private pool, and the seating area was perfect for chilling out (though it did get a bit toasty since it’s outdoors). Surprisingly, we didn’t have mosquitoes here.
And the food at Settimo Cielo, their Italian restaurant? Wow! It’s seriously delicious. If you’re in the area, you gotta try it. Plus, popular spots like La Favela, Shishi, and Mexicola are close by.
All in all, The Layar is a total winner in my books. Would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy and stylish spot to crash in Seminyak!

We were in Villa 11, really lovely! The villa lived up to the beautiful photos. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the first day of our stay, breakfast was not included, and I wished they’d told us before they served us. We arrived very early in the morning so we assumed breakfast was included. We ended up paying for a 4 people breakfast.
keep a look out for stray cats, because we also had unwelcomed visitors at the Villa twice.

Our stay at The Layar Villas was pure luxury from start to finish! Despite our late night arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a delicious, refreshing drink.
Our 3bedroom villa had a stunning layout, with spacious, impeccably clean rooms and beautiful open-air showers in each bathroom. The private pool with spa and lush surroundings made it feel like a secluded paradise.
Breakfast at the villa by Settimo Cielo was delicious, and the staff was incredibly attentive, always ready to offer solutions for any request and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to Seminyak’s best spots yet peaceful and private.
We loved every moment and can’t wait to return! Thank you! 🙏🏽

Spacious villas with incredible pools
As we normally travel in large groups, we tend to look for premium villas that can accommodate three rooms or more. We’ve tried many villas in Sami yak and found that there Online presents does not match up to their physical presence. This is not the case with Layars. All the villas have beautiful pools that are maintained on a daily basis. The rooms are spacious and will air-conditioned They have a WhatsApp guest services that allows for timely requests like room service additional laundry and buggy services to the main road.The staff are extremely accommodating and do their very best to facilitate all your requirements. The location of the village themselves is very convenient. It seems to be very close to the heart of all the fine dining and shopping experiences that Seminyak swan villa yet the villas themselves remain very quiet and peaceful. This is our second stay here this trip and we are definitely booking again
