The Villas Ku is a lush villa estate which captures the summertime feel of Bali with its bohemian design and tropical gardens. Hidden in the heart of Seminyak, this pair of tropical Bali villas offers relaxing privacy just a 10-minute stroll from all the restaurants, spas and boutiques lining Eat Street. Villa Ku Tama has three bedrooms while Villa Ku Besar features five bedrooms. The villas can be booked individually or together, creating up to eight bedrooms for large groups looking to experience Seminyak in style.

Hidden down a discrete lane in Seminyak, The Villas Ku is made up of two standalone villas – Villa Ku Tama and Villa Ku Besar – which can be booked individually as private villas. If, however, you are travelling with a larger group, you can book both villas to create up to eight bedrooms in one of the most sought-after addresses in Seminyak. Each villa comes with its own swimming pool and living and dining areas. The villa estate has its own air-conditioned gym with accessed shared between guests staying at The Villas Ku estate.

Villa Ku Tama is a three-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors, overlooking an inviting 11-metre swimming pool. The living areas have an open-sided layout typical to the tropics, with a bohemian décor to complete the summertime feel.

Villa Ku Besar is a grand five-bedroom villa built around a 24-metre swimming pool. The villa is divided into pavilions scattered across the garden, with a fabulous open-plan living pavilion working as the entertainment hub of the villa.

Villa Manager

The Villas Ku’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand 24 hours a day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. The Villas Ku provide night security.

The Villas Ku are located in the popular Seminyak neighbourhood in Bali, Indonesia. The estate is hidden down a peaceful lane, ideally positioned within a 10-minute stroll from Eat Street. This aptly monikered strip is of course home to the best restaurants, cafes and bars on the island and also offers great shopping. When you feel like hitting the beach, the famous Ku De Ta beach club is about 20 minutes away on foot or in an air-conditioned taxi if you prefer.
