I cannot recommend Trisara enough. If your idea of heaven is exotic location, warmth, great food, private pool (and the main pool may as well have been private too), genuine hospitality and welcoming staff then look no further. If I could click my fingers and be back right this minute I would.
However the international entry to Phuket and escort to the Trisara made the journey painless. We barely left the hotel as everything we required was available. Outstanding property perfect for couples.

Trisara is one in a trillion. A beautiful luxurious private pool villa resort set in lush tropical gardens overlooking a pristine private beach. Trisara meaning; ‘Third Garden in Heaven’. It certainly is .. and more! Anthony and his first class team made every moment of our stay a pleasure.
Each villa is secluded from the other, making you feel as if you had the place to yourself, with a horizon pool overlooking the ocean – say no more! The breakfasts – NEVER had better. We had an unforgettable birthday dinner at ‘Pru’ .. a creative taste experience. We are still dreaming about it! The team at Trisara are a delight, the friendliest and most helpful people and I am missing them already. If you are looking for a luxury holiday with complete relaxation and privacy .. look no further.

I wanted to take my wife somewhere special for our anniversary and booked Trisara after much research. We have stayed in some very nice properties before but Trisara really impressed us! We were met at the bridge upon disembarking from the flight and whisked through immigration via the VIP lane and chauffeured to Trisara all within 30 mins upon landing.
We were welcome by the hotel manager and also got upgraded to the ocean front pool villa. Our villa was tastefully decorated and huge as in 2300 sqft huge with every details catered for. It has a 10m infinity pool which faces the ocean. You can hear the lapping waves which was what my wife asked for. Perfect sunset view from the deck in our most private villa.
The hotel ground is fairly extensive but very well maintained. May was their low season so there were not many guests around and we kind of have the whole place to ourselves.
The staff were really friendly and made every effort to greet you and seemed genuinely interested in making your stay comfortable. Just to give an example, we were having a lazy breakfast outdoor and with the burning sun was inching its way towards our table, Our waiter offered to move our table back a yard to stay in the shade.
With a bit of coffee spilt into the saucer, she replaced it with another one without prompting. Just all those little touches that bring a smile to your face. The spa, restaurants were all excellent – like everything here – expensive but worth it. Its idyllic setting coupled with exemplary service allow us to fully recharge our tired soul. Thank you Trisara for a wonderful vacation.

“Just wow……!!!!!”
Trisara is an absolutely outstanding resort. We spent 9 nights in one of the residential villas and were totally blown away by the quality of every part of the resort. The food is amazing on every level-freshly cooked buffet breakfast, beautiful relaxed poolside menu and totally delicious meals at The Deck in the evening. The resort is on another level however due to its staff.
Everyone we encountered at Trisara was friendly, helpful and always smiling. A special mention to F&B manger Ken for his wonderful food recommendations, Kate at the The Deck for her beautiful service every night, Tik in concierge and our wonderful maid from Villa 39.
Never having been to Phuket before this was an outstanding introduction. My only advice for others is that the resort is a fair way from the main areas of Phuket so expect a decent drive to get to the usual tourist spots. Having said that, it did not bother us in the slightest as returning to Trisara after an outing was like returning to paradise.
We can’t wait to come back.

“It doesn’t get any better than this”
My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at Trisara a couple of weeks ago. We travel quite often and I must say this was the best place we have ever stayed, without a doubt.
From the communication once we booked, till the final goodbye was flawless. We were greeted at the airport and they took us directly to the resort. There were fresh towels and water for us on the ride there. When we arrived, we were greet with warm tea by Fang, one of the senior resort hosts. She accompanied us to our villa and explained everything to us. Waiting on us in our villa was a beautiful view of the sea. They also provided plenty of bottled water, fruit, cookies and the truffles that were to die for. They also replenished these each day.
The daily service to our room was always discreet and well timed. I am not sure how they always knew when we needed them.
Fang helped to arrange a boat tour of Phang Nga bay for us and made arrangements with my husband for an anniversary surprise.
We also enjoyed the beachside BBQ, which was a lot of fun and the food was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed visiting with one of the restaurant managers Sky. He was always fun to talk to. Actually all of the staff there were so pleasant, always there to help with your every need. Upon our check out and departure, one of the staff ask where we were headed to next. When we told him our hotel in Chiang Mai, he called them arranged for a pickup at the airport and they upgraded us to a suite.
Now that is going above and beyond. Also the ride back to the airport was much appreciated and they took us through security and to the front of the line to check in.
If you want a vacation, where you are pampered beyond belief, then this is the place to be. My husband and I were so sad to leave, but we promised ourselves that this place would be our anniversary getaway. So until next time, we will cherish our fond memories of Trisara.

“The best luxurious resort in Phuket”
We visited Trisara in early March. It was our fourth visit in five years. We stayed in the suite for 3 days 2 nights. The reason we kept going back was just like what I said in the caption, it’s the best resort we ever stayed.
As returning customers, they did take us seriously, making sure our villa had a quiet ambience as we requested, spa booking was timely arranged, chauffeur was available to drive us dining out, and late check out when our flight was in late afternoon.
I highly appreciate the effort the hotel management put into the resort. Every time I visit, i can see improvement made. They’ve renovated the villa (almost like new), done a good job in pest control ( I didn’t get any mosquito bites at all!), and every staff is able to communicate in English (not the case in other resorts).
As for the dining experience, we have the choice range from local Thai food to European fusion to a wide variety of seafood served in buffet BBQ style.
We could’ve stayed in the resort all the time without going out to the town. Truly feels like our second home.

Perfect place for families, groups of friends, or lovers. I went with my best friends and we had an amazing experience. Private pool is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. Service was impeccable. You are given a cell phone in order to be in contact with your butler. We ordered a ton of drinks and food and it was all excellent. Breakfast was delivered to our poolside in the morning. There’s NETFLIX for the late night lounging. I could honestly just lay by that pool all day long though. They have complimentary bicycles to ride into town! I love this place. The manager Daniel is great. I will definitely be visiting again!
