Living Room

Vanda Villa offers more than one setting for relaxing and socialising in style. The ground floor living room is a beautiful breezy space that’s surrounded by glass doors on three sides, ensuring blissful views of the pool and beach at all times. The décor is a chic take on colonial grandeur, with a white sofa and armchairs beautifully paired with timber furniture and antique pieces. Directly above this elegant room is a very special space: a 90m2 open sided veranda which offers sweeping views of the beach. The space is kept cool by ceiling fans, with plush white sofas able to seat a full entourage.

Dining Room

With gourmet in-villa dining available 24 hours a day, dining at Vanda Villa is always a special occasion. The downstairs living room offers a stunning setting for delectable dining, with a long timber dining table surrounded by stylish cross back dining chairs. There is also a more relaxed, alfresco dining area positioned to the back of the house, close to the villa’s impeccably equipped kitchen. Overall, this villa offers all the creature comforts you could ask for and many that might not even occur to you. The maxi bars are restocked daily with a premium selection of snacks, soft drinks, juices and beers. To fuel you up for the day, the villa also features a Malongo espresso machine and a fine selection of teas.

Garden & Pool

With its enviable beachfront setting, Vanda Villa captures the very best of tropical living. The white villa is surrounded by neat green lawns dotted with dreamy palm trees, with clear blue swimming pool (12.5m long) nestled at the heart of the property. The gardens, which bloom with exotic flowers and leafy green trees, give way to a white sandy beach waiting on your doorstep. It really is hard to imagine a more idyllic setting. If you need even more space to practice your breaststrokes, The Sanchaya estate also boasts a 50-metre-long swimming pool that’s shared with other estate guests.

Vanda Villa features four beautiful bedrooms. The luminous, all-white bedrooms channel Singapore’s colonial heritage to a stunning effect. Each room offers all the comforts of a five-star hotel suite. The rooms are each furnished with a sumptuous king-sized bed and adjoined by a bathroom that rivals a high-end spa. There are three bedrooms in the main house – one on the ground floor and two upstairs. The fourth bedroom is housed in a standalone pavilion by the pool.

Vanda Villa is a four-bedroom villa that’s divided into two pavilions. The main house is spread over two floors. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas and one bedroom. The upper floor houses two bedrooms and a large covered veranda. The second pavilion is a single-story structure that houses the fourth bedroom. The two pavilions are separated by a private swimming pool. Vanda Villa is a private villa located at The Sanchaya estate. Guests staying at Vanda Villa enjoy access to the estate’s shared facilities, including a 50-metre-long Olympic-size pool, spa, gym, restaurants, wine cellar and more.

Villa Manager

Vanda Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand 24 hours a day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
