Villa Abagram Living
The name Abagram is not on anagram, but rather a portmanteau of Abakoi and Tangram – the two villas that seamlessly come together to create this fabulous 12-bedroom estate. Villa Abagram centres around a grand two-storey pavilion that houses 10 bedrooms, including two adorable bunk rooms. This imposing building is flanked by a swimming pool on either side, with a living pavilion (and two more bedrooms) presiding over each of these stunners. The lavish layout makes this Balinese villa feel like your very own private resort!
Living Room
As is only fitting for a villa that was designed to host an entourage, Villa Abagram features two living areas for guests to enjoy. Each of them is housed in a beautiful thatched roof pavilion that gazes over one of the villa’s two swimming pools. The living rooms are styled in cool, eclectic style with unique art pieces and bohemian furniture creating an unmistakable feel of Bali. Ample sofas ensure there’s always room for the whole group to hang out and relax, while the open plan layout means you’re always connected to the island’s lush nature.
Dining Room
Each of the living rooms includes a generous dining area that’s perfect for indulging in relaxed meals and lavish feasts with all of your favourite people. The dining areas are beautifully Balinese as each is housed in an open sided pavilion crowned with a thatched ceiling – both are essential features in local Balinese architecture. To make all your culinary dreams come true, the villa also comes with two fully equipped kitchens fitted with all the appliances, cutlery and crockery you could ask for. If you feel like dining out instead, Seminyak’s endless restaurants are practically on your doorstep. It really is a foodie’s paradise!
Garden & Pool
Villa Abagram offers the perfect backdrop for soaking up Bali’s eternal summer to the fullest. The villa is set amidst lush Balinese gardens blooming with exotic flowers and palm trees swaying in the balmy breeze, with pretty little walkways darting in between. The villa is graced by not just one but two swimming pools so you can alternate between the two based on your mood. Each pool is lavishly large in size and they both come with a shallow section – great for the kids to splash and play or for the grownups to enjoy the rays with a cold drink in hand. Both pools are lined with sunbeds and parasols – the setup really does resemble your very own private resort. There are also two generous gazebos for when you want to luxuriate in the shade, with the soothing sounds of the waterfall feature cascading in the background. Bliss!
Villa Abagram
Villa Abagram features 12 bedrooms. The bedrooms are decorated in modern Balinese style incorporating traditional textiles, contemporary art and vibrant pops of colour. The bedrooms are lavishly spread out over this vast estate. The main building houses 10 bedrooms – six on the ground floor (including two bunk rooms) and four upstairs. The remaining two rooms are each attached to one of the villa’s two living areas, offering guests an added sense of privacy.

Villa Abagram Layout
Villa Abagram is a 12-bedroom villa that’s made up of two adjoining villas: Villa Abakoi and Villa Tangram. Bedrooms and living areas are divided into three pavilions: two standalone living pavilions and one main building that houses most of the bedrooms. Altogether, Villa Abagram features two living and dining areas, 12 bedrooms and two swimming pools measuring at 16 x 4 metres and 12 x 4 metres in size.

Your stay in Villa Abagram is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Abagram’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Abagram’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available.

Villa Abagram is located in Seminyak, Bali. The villa is tucked in a private laneway just off Jalan Drupadi, a lively street lined with villas, boutiques and cafes. There are some great dining options within a short stroll, whether you’re craving a cup of great coffee (Kopitoko), a gourmet meal in a photogenic setting (Kilo) or Italian fare accompanied by great music (Zibiru). For more delectable options, Seminyak’s famous Eat Street is just a 10-minute stroll away. This bustling strip is lined with fabulous restaurants, cute boutiques and relaxing spas, with the Seminyak Square and Seminyak Village shopping malls offering even more options. Seminyak Beach is about 20 minutes away on foot or if you don’t feel like walking, a quick ride in an air-conditioned taxi.

We were instantly transported into luxurious holiday mode by Nala and his incredible team. Many hours of our holiday were spent in the incredible pool, outdoor area and the open dining and lounge room. Meaning that our group of 14 had space to spread out but still be inclusive. The peaceful private lane that was the access to our villa also helped give an air of relaxation, whilst being in a great location close to the beach, eat street, Seminyak Square and massages galore. Highly recommend this as a holiday destination for families or friends traveling together

We had the most amazing stay ever. Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond with everything. Nothing was a problem to them. The food that was prepared in the villa was great. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. We were a group of 21 people and we had the best time. Beautiful Big Villa with amazing Pool
We stayed in Villa Abakoi for 7 nights at the end of May. There was a group of 8 adults and 3 kids (4 & under)and it accommodated us perfectly. We only used 5 of the 6 bedrooms but they where all as the picture show big and clean. The interconnecting kids room was great so much space and you could lock the sliding door with a key so you did not have to worry about them getting out. This room also had a bathroom you could lock with a key which we also did so the kids just shared the bathroom in the interconnecting room. The pool & pool area where very big great for a lot of people and kids to run around we hired a pool fence and usually we feel this really makes the villas outdoor space feel small but at Villa Abakoi we didn’t have this.
The villas stall where all fantastic anything we needed or wanted wasn’t to hard and they didn’t have any issues with the kids annoying them wanting to help and play for the entire stay. The villa manager had only just started but he was onto anything that was not up to scratch any feedback was welcomed which was lovely. The only thing I felt this villa lacked was a TV in the communal area (especially for kids) & speakers in the pool area. I also took up the offer of an in Villa massage & pedicure which I wasn’t very impressed with for the price I paid however as I said the villa manager was very prompt on contacting the outside staff and letting them know of the issues. Overall I would 100% recommend this villa and it’s sister villa Villa Tanagram (this interconnects to Villa Abakoi)

Wonderful Villa
This Villa is wonderful for a large group of people. We had 13 people stay and everyone enjoyed the layout of the villa. Great pool, all rooms are kept beautifully clean and the staff are just amazing always smiling and remebered everyone’s names from day 1. Great position and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would recommend this villa for your next stay in Seminyak.

Perfect weekend stay with friends
The villa is in a great location in Seminyak and not too far from all the great places to eat. The villa itself was clean and had everything we needed, however what topped it off was the staff. Each and every one of them over the weekend was great. We had some minor issues (outside of the villa) and they dealt with them professionally and promptly. I would definitely recommend Villa Abakoi and will look at booking there again myself when next in Bali.
