VILLA AHASA

Villa Ahasa is light and relaxed in its design, with fresh tones of white and natural wood allowing the lush green and aqua blues of its immediate surroundings to take centre stage. The villa offers beautiful views of the ocean and you can reach the beach directly from the bottom of the garden.

Living Room

The living room is lined with white walls and French windows opening out to the terrace. The fan-cooled room is furnished with grey and beige seating with a beautiful collection of art and curios adding interest and a touch of the exotic to the space.

Dining Room

The dining table is positioned outside on the shaded terrace and offers beautiful views of the pool and out to the ocean beyond. The dining table can comfortably seat eight guests on woven rattan chairs.

Garden

The villa is surrounded by manicured green lawns dotted with palm trees swaying gently in the sea breeze. The focal point of the garden is the large lap pool which is hugged by sun beds and parasols. You can reach the beach simply by walking to the bottom of the garden.

Villa Ahasa has three bedrooms, all furnished with dreamy four-poster beds and adjoined by ensuite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor and one bedroom is located on the ground level. The two bedrooms on the upper floor interconnect, making them ideal for families.

Villa Ahasa features indoor living areas, open-plan dining areas, private swimming pool and three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. If you’re travelling with a larger group, the villa is located next to Villa Sulanga and close to Habaraduwa House.

Your stay in Villa Ahasa is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Ahasa’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Ahasa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Villa Ahasa in located in Habaraduwa on the southern coast in Sri Lanka. The villa is positioned amidst tropical gardens with the beach accessible from the bottom from the garden. This is a beautiful stretch of sand surrounded by swaying palm trees and the waves of the Indian Ocean. The beautiful Unawatuna Beach is about 15 minutes away by car and you can reach the UNESCO-listed Galle Fort in a 30-minute drive.
