The villa has a modern style design with beautiful outdoor features, perfect for a family or a group of people who wish to retire in a peaceful sanctuary after a tiring day of exploration.

Living Room

The living and dining area has enormous space for relaxation and socialising with family. A huge L-shaped sofa is placed in front of a 52” flat screen TV in front of the living room. The top floor of the villa also has a pool table.

Dining Room

The dining area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a long wooden dining table. The dining area overlooks the tranquil swimming pool and gardens.

Garden & Pool

The villa is an epitome of a magical paradise after the sun goes down. The beautiful lights around the pool, gracefully lighten up the surrounding ambience, perfect to enjoy a cocktail or two. The pool deck is surrounded by cosy sun beds on one side and a relaxing bale on the other.

Villa Alaya has four bedrooms, each tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings for a good night’s sleep. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor while two others on the top floor. All beds in each bedroom are carefully selected by the owner to offer supreme comfort with special back pain compliance.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king size bed as well, with a television and a sofa in it. Via the large room with the walk-in closets, you will get into the bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub.

Guest Bedrooms

All guest bedrooms have lovely paintings on the walls and are equipped with enough wardrobe space. The bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms with full bath amenities like bathrobe, hairdryer and straw woven slippers.

Your stay in Villa Alaya is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Alaya’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Alaya’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Villa Alaya provides 24 hours security.

Villa Alaya is located in the popular district of Seminyak, just at a 20 minute drive from the airport. The villa is located close to the best bars, restaurants, boutiques, spas and shopping areas of Seminyak. The beach is just a 10 minute walk away from the villa.
