Living Room

The open-plan living room, directly facing the pool has a large flat screen TV surrounded by a relaxing sofa lounge and bright coloured cushions.

Dining Room

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and an 8-seater dining table to indulge in holiday cooking with family and friends. The rooftop floor also has an open terrace lounge with a dining table and BBQ, perfect for a romantic meal under the stars. A professional chef can be arranged by the villa to prepare your favourite cuisines (additional charge).

Garden & Pool

Begin your day with a refreshing dip in the 7 x 4 metre pool, followed by sunbathing on the relaxing sunbeds by the pool. As the sun goes down, grab some tropical cocktails and enjoy long conversations with friends on the oversized bale, situated by the pool. The elegant lighting effect after dusk makes a perfect ambience for hosting a private dinner.

Villa Alleira has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have king size four poster beds with quality linen and plush cushions for you to retire after a long day in Bali. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned and equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, a safe deposit box and large wardrobes. Beautiful paintings adorn the walls of the bedroom, each unique and elegant. The en-suite bathrooms are fully equipped with large vanities, showers, hair dryers and soothing bath kits.

Master Bedroom

Two master bedrooms are located on the ground floor facing the swimming pool.

Guest Bedrooms

The guest two bedrooms, located on the top floor have views of the tropical surroundings.

Your stay in Villa Alleira is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Alleira’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Alleira’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Villa Alleira is in a central location in the heart of Seminyak, just a few minutes’ walk from the shopping boutiques and restaurants at Jalan Kayu Aya. The beach is a short walk away from the villa along with the amazing nightclubs that Bali is known for. You can shop, eat, celebrate and pamper yourself with all the lovely places – all close proximity from the villa.
