Villa Amala is a spacious six bedroom villa surrounded by rice fields on the edge of a valley overlooking the river Wos. The villa is a mystical sanctuary in the hills of Ubud that offers you the opportunity to retreat from the fast-paced city life and connect with your soul on a personal journey. The villa design is a combination of Balinese architecture and modern living to accommodate the comfort and privacy of all guests. The main pavilion of the Villa Amala houses on the second floor, a library, kitchen and powder room. Which every girl needs!

Living Room

The valley house has a large living room on the top floor with thatched alang-alang roof.

Dining Room

The dining area overlooks the pool, and there are white curtains to separate the poolside and the lounge.

Media Room

For all your entertainment needs, there is a media room with a projector to screen movies or satellite TV.

Garden & Pool

There is plenty of space for indoor and outdoor relaxation at Villa Amala. The Ubud villa has a huge 20 metre swimming pool with a huge day bed pavilion alongside overlooking the rice fields.

Two master bedrooms and two guest bedrooms have large double beds while the remaining two bedrooms have twin beds. For all your entertainment needs, there is a TV room with a projector to screen movies or satellite TV.

Master Bedroom

The main pavilion of the Villa Amala houses the master bedroom on the second floor. The master bedroom is enormous in size and leads out to a veranda with daybeds for relaxation. The en-suite bathroom offes indulgent bathing rituals featuring a bathtub and outdoor shower on the terrace.

Guest Bedrooms

The second level of this house has two guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The second master bedroom is located on the ground floor of this house. Its en-suite bathroom features an indoor bath and outdoor shower in a private garden. You’re sure to indulge in long bathing hours as you enjoy the lush tropical valley view from this bathroom.

Villa Manager

Villa Amala’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Villa Amala is located in between the villages of Sebali and Keliki, in the province of Tegallalang, Ubud. The Ubud central market is a short 15 minute drive from the villa. The airport is an hours drive away from the villa. Set in the scenic rice paddies along the edge of a river, Villa Amala offers a peaceful sanctuary to connect with nature.
